Peter is friendly and very good at his job, and always looks to make each visit the best experience it can be. Cannot fault him at all.

Thought Perter was very helpful when I said that I would like a cut to make my hair look thicker. He was successful. I love the cut and colour.

I saw Nicky for a colour, cut and blow dry. She was really great, and I’m super happy with how my hair turned out.

First time I have visited this salon. It’s a bit nerve wracking for me to try out a new hairdresser as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but this turned out to be one of the best. My hairdresser, Chloe, took time to discuss what I wanted, gave advice, explained everything and is a real perfectionist. I had lowlights woven into my fair hair and was delighted with the result.
I can highly recommend Chloe to anyone looking for somewhere to ultimately make you feel a million dollars

Nicola always works her magic and knows what I love with blonde hair, keeping it away from the warm tones. I always get a first class service and built up really good rapport with Nicola.

Today I walked in hoping I could get an appointment I was so glad when they said yes I was treated really well felt so comfortable and I also enjoyed my head massage whilst getting my hair washed it was so relaxing I was so happy with my hair cut I got what I wanted and I would recommend Poppy she made me feel good about myself I would definitely return.

After having a not so good experience with a previous hairdresser I was keen to find somewhere that I knew would do a fab job. This salon likes to say yes! Peter and the team accommodated my every wish. They answered all my questions about colouring my hair without having to make a pre appointment, and I got a patch test done on the spot. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. They also happily agreed to a scrunch dry under the lights instead of insisting on a blow dry that I didn’t want.
I was delighted with the result. Just what o wanted. Thank you Poppy. I’ll be back!

Lovely relaxed chilled vibe to the salon - my first visit to Medusa and Poppy did my cut and blow dry - I wanted a bit of a change, Poppy listened and we discussed all aspects. Her cutting skills were evident . Am i chuffed with the new barnet - eh hell yeh! Love it … would highly recommend … first visit and wont be my last

As always, happy with Chantelle's easy-going but confident manner. She listens to any concerns and offers helpful suggestions when required. Today, Junior a tad heavy handed. Realise rising prices are becoming the norm, but perhaps advance notice would be nice...never quite sure what I'll be charged on each visit until I get to the till! Next question not really relevant.
