Very nice place, easy & professional

Absolutely loved my experience. I was nervous as haven’t cut my hair short in ages and always nervous that the stylist will cut off more than asked for. But Zara was incredible, asked and cut only when approved! Absolutely love my hair cut and the service was great! Thank you!

Everyone is very friendly and Kylie, who has been styling my hair for quite some time now, understands exactly what I want and how to handle my thick hair. First time in years that I have a stylist and I don't intend to change. Friends of mine who have had a haircut with Kylie after my suggestion are also VERY happy with the results.

Zara did an incredible job cutting my long hair into a stylish pixie cut. When I was told she was qualified not long ago, I couldn't believe it. She did a fantastic job, my new haircut makes me feel confident and fresh. Thank you!!

I asked for it to be cut just above the shoulder and she cut it much much shorter then charged me £36 for it. I have been coming to the teviot and Stockbridge Medussa for the past 3 years now and never been so upset and disappointed after a hair cut. It has always cost me £29 but for some reason this time it was £36 without any explanation? I also asked for a cappuccino which I didn't get and usually get asked if I want a head massage which I also didn't get. So if I ever come back to medusa I will definitely ask not to get seen by that stylist again

From start to finish I was made to feel very welcoming and comfortable, my stylist Dion is a miracle worker I cannot recommend this bubbly stylist more

My experience was great, Poppy really listened to me and didn’t cut any more than I asked, which tends to be the case usually. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the washing part - my hair was washed by someone else and the girl was really quite harsh, didn’t ask me if the water temperature was alright, wasn’t gentle with my hair at all, nothing..

My daughter has curly hair and has had some terrible haircuts over the years so she used to dread going to a hairdresser. However, since finding Kylie her hair is always beautifully cut and Kylie is very friendly and welcoming too.

As always my hair looks fantastic after Fraser has cut and coloured it. I come out of Medusa feeling great. Thanks.
