I had to change my appointment at the last minute and I was having fouls etc, which meant my appointment would be a long one - over 2 hours.
At the last minute they pulled out all the stops to accommodate me a day earlier than my scheduled appointment! Brilliant customer service and so accommodating.

Anne provided great advice for my hair (suggested 3% instead of 6% bleach that was used previously) and went the extra mile ensuring the dark hair underneath at the back needed some highlights too. Really pleased.

Jodie gave me some goods advice on colour and i left the salon with perfect cut, colour and hair styled how i asked, went back in two days later to have a wash and blow dry to start my first day of holidays, perfect once again
