Friendly staff, very focused on cleanliness and cleaning after each client. Cut and colour so in for 2 hours and they have a good routine so covid safe.

I have been having my hair done at Shapes Hair in Portobello for 28 years, even though I don’t live there now. My stylist is friendly and very considerate, always thinking about what would be best for the look and condition of my hair. Strongly recommend this salon.

Spotless and well ventilated salon .all covid rules appear to be applied which makes it as always a very pleasant experience.Additional to Clives and macs expertise Sharon gives a good head massage with the wash .an a skill often forgotten in hair salons today .
I have been going to see Mack at shapes for the last 3 years and am always very impressed. I usually get a full colour and a trim. As my hair is red it’s great to get such a vibrant colour.

It's difficult to believe that Clive and his team could deliver anything short of excellent service. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to get my hair cut.

I don’t usually get my hair done unless it’s desperately needing coloured but I felt like it was time to do something for me. On time, lovely person took my jacket, got me ready and shampooed me, no fuss, all efficient and wee head massage too was so relaxing. Clive discussed my needs/ wishes and cut my hair before choosing products to suit my hair for blow dry. Hair looked fab, just in time for my girls get together, which is so needed right now and I feel fab for going to it now!
