As always Austen listened to my experience since my last visit (which has been great), my thoughts about modifications id like to try and then added highlights to blend my natural colour and my grey, put a treatment on my hair and then cut it, with the attention to detail that I’ve come to expect. I should probably start by saying that I am a man who has paid little attention to his hair before my 60th birthday. Luckily I still have a decent amount of it!
This was the first time Freya has cut my hair - it was previously Louise but she was not available - and a lovely experience as always. It was particularly good that Freya and Louise had talked before I arrived and did again during the cut. As a man of a certain age with hair more the length it was in the 1970s (thank you COVID lockdowns) it was lovely to have another member of the team really appreciate what I wanted and to deliver it!
