I had a very good visit started with a lovely reception by Laura and then looked after by Eve.
Very pleasant and relaxed with a cup of coffee and biscuits.
Holly arrived and we had a chat about the hair and then the professional and relaxed service continued.
Following the cut the depature and further booking was carried out with the lovely relaxed professional attitude which I like about Bloom.

Nice stylist gave lots of advice

I've been coming to Bloom for years now but this was my first appointment in the new location. It's really bright and spacious. I never really know what to do with my hair but Gemma is great at listening and advising on what will be good. I totally trust her and I always feel great once I've left the salon.

It was my first time getting my hair dyed at bloom, Abby who did my hair was exceptional, with the vision i had in mind with what i wanted, she helped guide me through the whole process to achieve that look and was very knowledgeable on each step of the process by explaining it all aswell as answering all the curious questions i had, a true master of her arts!.

My first appointment with Gemma today and I am delighted with my new hair cut. It is perfect, just what I wanted. Lovely salon and nice vibe. Can’t wait to come back for my colour.

The receptionist was very friendly and arranged an appointment for me and explained the process of a consultation as this was my first visit to the salon. Kirsty did an amazing job of my hair. It had previously been over processed by another person and had broken off in parts. Kirsty assessed my hair, we discussed the style I wanted. She cut out the damage and gave me a more manageable style. It also lifted the colour and made my hair look healthy. She also discussed the options available for when I wanted it coloured.

Love the colour and the cut. Aimee took time to help me decide on colour.

Kirsty did a great job of blending away the natural dark colour of my hair to match a previous lighter colour I had on it. She had a discussion with me before hand about the different options I could have. Also the best shampoos to use to maintain the colour and what I would have for my next appointment.
The haircut she did in November also lifted my hair.

Third time seeing Aimee, she’s great. Always starts with a consultation that is really open where we share idea’s. Thanks again Aimee.

It was with Graeme. Made me feel amazing!! Loved the addition of the massage. Hair looks and feels gorgeous, the perfect blow dry. Would definitely book in again.

With it being my 1st time at the salon I was a bit anxious but I needn’t have been. Jenna D was amazing! I haven’t liked my hair for a while till Jenna done her magic! I am over the moon with it! The staff are friendly and welcoming. I have booked in for my next appointment already.

I was visiting Glasgow for the day and chanced a walk in at this salon and am so glad I did. Kayleigh listened to what I wanted and fully accommodated my inspiration photos to create a similar look that suited my hair type and overall look. I'm looking forward to my next visit in January

Aimee is a talented hairdresser and really listens to what you want, my hair is lovely, also had a neck and shoulder massage from one of the trainees, it was bliss.

First class experience, colour and cut and customer service.

Alana was lovely. Smiled throughout my appointment, offered advice and took my requests for a change of colour and delivered what I asked for.

When I booked my appointment I was told it would cost £200. As a first time client I would receive 25% off the total. Expecting £150 aprox to be the bill.
I booked a cut and colour, the staff member informed me it would last 4.5 hours.

My email confirmation said a cut and blow dry lasting two hours and I paid £64 Deposit. Which I believed to be a little high.

The appointment lasted 3 hours, I was initially asked for a payment in the region of £250 with no discount being applied. After requesting the discount I then finally paid aprox £200. Not sure how the first time customer discount has worked there. If I had purchased other products during the appointment, it would have been good to know this in advance.

Clarity is everything in customer service.

I had a very positive and enjoyable experience at Bloom today. Indeed this was my first visit here.
From a very professional and enjoyable head and neck massage to Angel’s expert advice on transitioning from blonde to white/grey and expert cut, I felt in very good hands.

I have been getting my haircut by Jenna for six or seven years now and I have yet to walk out disappointed. I love the new space as well. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely view of beautiful architecture across the way while you’re getting your hair washed. I would highly recommend this salon and would especially recommend Jenna D.

It was my second hair appointment with Kayleigh. She is an amazing stylist. On our first appointment she spend time to find out what I'm looking for and this time she checked with me too. The whole process was very enjoyable as Kayleigh is very professional and got great customer service attitude. She did great job with bring my hair to proper state. Was really expecting such fantastic result as I know my hair are difficult sometimes to achieve desire result, but this time Kayleigh did it. Thank you so much!

My Mum has wanted to book in with Andrew Barton for years so we went for the ditch a decade package at Bloom Glasgow. We went to the salon with mum everyone was really lovely & accommodating, said we could stay with her if we wanted too but we had arranged to go shopping for the 4 hours she was expected to be. Mum was absolutely thrilled with the look created, she said Andrew & all the staff are amazing, welcoming & so so friendly, her hair looks so much thicker, healthier and the chosen colors have really lifted her complexion. Just to see the look on her face when she met Andrew in person was well worth it everything else after that was a bonus to her 😂
