I hardly ever get my haircut because I had a bad experience when I was young (the last time was 18 years ago!) and I enjoyed this so much that I will definitely come again. Thank you!

I had a cut with David and as always he was incredible!
He is so upbeat and positive. I received an incredible cut and was given lots of great info for managing it at home also the head and shoulder massage was amazing. Thankyou.

Have always felt the salon was an oasis of calm in our busy city centre. It's now a very welcome oasis of (relative) normality in our Covid world. And the care and treatment wonderful, as always. Preeti has been my hairdresser for 5 years since I started attending Bloom. We’ve built a great relationship and I completely trust her. My hair is in the best condition ever, a huge part is down to Preeti’s care and attention. Having been to several top salons in the past, I can honestly say wouldn’t go to any other salon in the future. The staff are friendly and welcoming and are very highly skilled. The salon is immaculately and truly a sanctuary in the city centre. The Aveda products are ethical, luxurious and effective. I look forward to my appointments every time!

My stylists name was David, he was absolutely excellent. So helpful, friendly, caring and conscientious. As well as highly talented. I couldn’t recommend this salon experience enough; although you pay a little more than a local place, you are so looked after from beginning to end. I felt like he really took the time to sit and talk to me about my hair and what I was looking for before we began, it included a super relaxing shoulder massage, and nothing was rushed at all. I chose this place because I already use and I love aveda products, it turned out to be my new favourite hair salon. I felt so listened to, looked after and pampered. My hair is transformed just with a simple cut it has brought its health, bounce and volume. The bangs we opted for were cut to suit me perfectly. Very well tailored service. I am very protective over my length and for the first time I wasn’t worried that a hairdresser would cut too much of my ends off. I had avoided going to hairdressers for a while because I always found the cut too finished and not the natural look I go for; but David listened to me and helped me create a natural look that I can easily recreate at home even showing me tips for using a diffuser etc. The cut did was exactly what I asked for which was keeping the length while accentuating volume and shaping my face. I’ll be back and I’m glad to have found a salon I like so much. Thank you David

Gil took amazing care of my hair and helped me decide what I wanted. When the toner didn't come out white as it should've, she took me down to have it toned again. Will definitely come back!!
