First appointment after easing lockdown. Visit was more normal than I thought. It was good to see Alana and Holly and happy Blooms has re-opened for business.

My hair grew into a bizarre style during the lockdown. Lynsey understood what it needed to shape it into a healthier look. Thank you ?.

It was good to get back to the salon after such a long time. My hair was too long and I looked forward to getting it cut. Hollie always cuts my hair well and I was really pleased with the result of both the cut and the colour. One downside was the time it took to pay at the front desk due another customer questioning her bill. I had a £75 gift voucher to use towards the cost but my receipt - which I did not check at the time - only shows £60 voucher being deducted. I would appreciate this being checked out. Thank you.

This was my first time at Bloom Spa in Aveda and the full experience was amazing start to finish! I had my first ever hour long full body massage with Nikki, the spa was lovely and Nikki was so informative and professional during my consultation and massage which made me feel really at ease, the massage was so relaxing yet you could really feel Nikki working on the strains on my back that I pointed out which was great. The full experience was just fantastic and I can’t wait to go back!

It is a pleasure to be one of Gillian’s clients. While being very professional still takes time to chat and make you feel really comfortable. Also love how she cuts my hair and glad she can interpret what I want when even I don’t really know !!

I was lucky enough to have a gift voucher for a treatment and my full body massage was just perfect. I also received an offer for a £5 reduction on an express facial and it was an ideal finish to my session..

Not having visited the salon for some time, it was particularly nice to see them again. How lovely that they both remembered me and were pleased to welcome me back.

This is not the first time I've visited this salon. It's my go-to for any hair, skin, relaxing needs. What's not to love about having someone wash + cut + dry + style your hair... All while someone gives you a hand massage. Tea or coffee upon arrival, great music, awesome atmosphere. It's the perfect place for anyone (especially moms) to relax and be treated like the Queens that we are!

Really enjoyed my appointment for a back, neck and shoulder massage - nice atmosphere, friendly service, and a great massage with lovely essential oils. Will be back, thank you!

Jade has been styling my hair for a while, but today I decided to get something totally different! She really understood what I was after and delivered a beautiful result. I'm really pleased.

As usual, everyone at the salon was lovely and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back.

Angel did an excellent job of cutting my hair. Informed me of what was happening at each stage and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Mentor checked my hair often and complented how nice it was and how good a job Angel was doing which was reasuring although I had only seen good reviews regarding Angel.

As well as a really great cut, Gillian and the rest of the team always makes you feel very relaxed. I always leave the salon feeling recharged.

Alanna was absolutely wonderful with my daughter today. Very patient and professional. Constantly checking in to see that we were both happy and so friendly and patient with my daughter. Haircut and service were fantastic. Cannot recommend the salon highly enough.

Love the salon and all of the staff. Trust Gillian explicitly with my hair and she never disappoints. All staff are wonderful, welcoming and totally know their stuff.
