I had booked myself in for my first ever was as a surprise for my wife (she had made a few indirect comments in the past and I thought I'd surprise her on our anniversary) and had a vague idea what to expect.
From the moment I walked through the door I was made very welcome and once I met Ashley she calmly talked me through what to expect.
Despite me feeling like winnie the poo my nerves where instantly put at ease as there was conversation throughout the process which really helped me relax.
There was a surprisingly little amount of pain and whatever there was instantly disappeared.
A very professional environment and if/when I get another waxing done I would have no hesitation in revisiting.

My city centre salon has shut so have been on the lookout for a salon that does lates. Designer wax looks super stylish with spotless treatment rooms. Polite friendly and sociable staff and an expert wax. More expensive than my regular salon but DW makes up for it with quality of service and locale. Will be back-thank you!

I have been going to designer waxing for quite a while now and every time I have been everyone has been so so nice. From the minute you walk in the door to when you are booking in your next appointment. I have had Lauren the past 2 times and she always makes the experience that bit more relaxing and less awkward! Lauren always has stuff to talk about and is just so down to earth. All the girls are so nice and so friendly. I couldn’t recommend designer waxing enough!
