I was nervous prior to my treatment but Gail made me feel at ease & was chatty throughout to take my mind off it! Very pleased and would recommend Gail to anyone. I have been a loyal client of this salon for about a decade. After lamenting about a painful waxing experience to a friend, she told me Designer Waxing was the only place she went to. She modelled swimwear professionally and a good waxer was a must for her, so I trusted her opinion. I still remember being shocked the first time I had a Hollywood wax at Designer Waxing and realised it could be done painlessly.
I also get my eyebrows done at the salon- waxed and tinted, which is why I was in yesterday. It had been a long time since I’d been in (months) and I’d been trying to save money by doing them myself. I’d managed to get tint on my nails that wouldn’t budge but my brows remained sparse and light. I had wasted money trying to save money. . .
The minute I called and got manager Emma on the phone to make an appointment, I was reminded how much I had missed the friendly and welcoming service the salon provides. I had never met therapist Gail T before. She not only made my eyebrows look wonderful again but she has outstanding customer relations skills. I left the salon feeling so much better. Every therapist I’ve seen over the years at Designer Waxing has wonderful customer relations skills. That’s why I return. I’m paying for a whole experience, not just the waxing etc, and Designer Waxing offers that whole experience.

I am only sorry I have taken ten years to write a review, ladies!

I would highly recommend Ryleigh M. She is excellent at her job. I bruise easily and my skin is very thin and fragile but Ryleigh listened and since then I have had no bruises, not one! I’m very impressed. She delivers her service in a professional and friendly manner. She is a delightful person too!

Not only is this a great place to get an intimate wax but the surroundings are fabulous and the staff (I go to Ava) are wonderful, really friendly and put you at ease. Would recommend to everyone, wouldn't go anywhere else

It was my first time there and I dont think im looking back. Ava was amazing. Was somehow both incredibly proficient in her skills as well as warm and chatty. She did a wonderful job and calmed my nerves at the same time. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The staff were all polite and nice and the establishment was immaculate.

It was so easy to book an appointment at designer waxing online. When I arrived I was early and was seen pretty much straight away. The salon was immaculate and a lovely calm environment. I was nervous as I hadn’t had this treatment in a long time, Anna was brilliant at calming my nerves and keeping the chat going which helped me so much. I will be back in 4 weeks!

Always enjoy my trip to designer waxing. All the girls at the salon are all welcoming, professional, friendly and ? cheerful. Especially Emma who im usually greeted with when i arrive for my appointment at the reception desk. During my appointments with therapist Ava I'm so chilled and relaxed throughout my treatment and i feel like all do is constantly laugh as Ava has such a bubbly personality and we always have great chat. Outstandingly brilliant!! Pain free. Every woman that has been put off intimate waxing you have just not gone to the correct place. This is the best and only place. Fast, efficient and painless. I travel over an hour and it is worth every penny.
