I walked in looking like I’d been living in a cave for 4 months. Frizzy and intensely dark and straggly hair. It took a while but I can honestly say my hair has never looked better. A sharp cut, colour stripped out and then built up in flattering shades. Transformed.

I had my extensions removed/put back in by Maxine, as usual fantastic job. The salon staff are very "virus" aware and constantly clean and disinfect every surface that is touched. The salon is always immaculately clean anyway but to see the staff so aware of the current situation is very reassuring. I wish Ellen and her team the best of luck during this uncertain time and look forward to my next visit in 12 weeks, hopefully.

My granddaughter Eve aged 14 today was having her hair upgraded for her birthday
From the second we walked in the door we were put completely at ease.
My granddaughter took a picture with her and she said they had done her hair 10 times nicer than the picture
The trainee cut it. And Eve is thrilled with the cut too. If you'd seen her smiling at the end, all night and on her way to school this morning you'd be so chuffed. The young staff members gave the place a cool vibe, and looked after us and encouraged and complimented Eve as the hairdo progressed ! They also photographed Eves hair like she was a filmstar. Thank you everyone

Thanks for the review. Apologies for the price mix up. The Barbers cut at £20 is exactly what is is - a no frills cut that guys have every couple of weeks.
You have a longer style and the Barbers Cut is not appropriate for your more sophisticated style. You were therefore charged £35 for our Luxury option.
Apologies again for the lack of clarity in the price difference. It was indeed Hannah that looked after you and thank you very much for the feedback. We look forward to your next visit.

My hair wash washed so well and felt like a head massage and maxine looked at the picture and did exactly what I wanted! So glad i trusted her with my big transformation (very long to short). Would definitely recommend.

Got my extensions renewed last week, they were, as usual, great. Decided they were a wee bit too long. Got an appointment very quickly with Katy who made a terrific job of cutting a couple of inches off the bottom. Usual, great experience. Katy is one of the new stylists and is very professional and friendly. Katy took the time to give me some welcome tips on how to care for my extensions ie the best shampoo to use etc. Thanks.

Another fab visit! Met Maxine for the first time and she worked wonders on my hair. Hand a cut and colour and left with a crisp, cool tone blonde colour!.
