All I can say is Maxine is totally great! I had my extensions taken out and put back in. The colour match is perfect. She is so professional and took her time to give me advice and hints on how to care for my extensions. As usual another great visit, Ellen and her staff are so friendly and the salon is immaculately clean and well organised, thanks guys, especially Maxine.

My most recent visit was for a cut and style with Katie, it was only her second day at the salon and she was lovely. I’m terrible at describing how I would like my hair cut but she understood exactly! She also gave me lots of tips on how to keep my hair healthy and looking it’s best.
I also visit Lorraine to keep my lashes and brows in check and her facial treatments are fab too!

Lovely salon, very friendly staff. Only issue which I suppose was a biggie considering I was there to get my hair cut. Rachael was lovely however, she did not listen to what I wanted she had a style in her head and explained it to me but i told her what I wanted and she just didn’t listen ?

All the staff at Ellen Conlin are fabulous! I am always made to feel welcome and my time in the salon is a really great experience. Maxine is a superb stylist.

I had my hair coloured a few days ago for the first time at ECH. Ryan did a lovely job of matching my colour and did a gorgeous blowdry. I also had the gloss treatment and I am loving how shiny my hair is!!

This salon is chic yet friendly. I arrived requiring colour correction in an anxious state about how they would feel about sorting out someone else’s problem.
It was no problem, it was clam efficiency. Professional expertise have ensured a good hair day from now on. This salon is a reassuring blend of technical and artistic talent
not to be missed. Ellen is genuinely a Colour Master- yet totally unpretentious.
I can also recommend Lorraine’s French polish.

A visit to ECH never disappoints, and as usual I was delighted with my hair colour. Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff and, despite being a busy Saturday prior to Christmas, I was also offered a manicure....wonderful! Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to the salon and was made to feel very welcome from the moment I walked through the door. I was able to book appointments for that same day to have my nails and make up done. I had left things to the last moment. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I had a great experience.

Lovely relaxing facial

Ryan has done a fantastic job With my hair again. I love coming to get my hair done at ECH and have every faith and confidence in Ryan’s skills as a brilliant stylist/colourist. I regularly flash photos of lovely hair in front of him and he always manages to do better than the photos from magazines! I have LONG hair and it’s hard work (tuggy) but Ryan perseveres and never tries to convince me to cut it off. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️??

Met the girls in the salon, Shona was my colourist and with the help from Maxine they decided on a new colour for my hair. Such a lovely atmosphere. Was absolutely delighted with my new colour. Thank you

Great blow dry

Met Maxine for the first time and I'm so grateful for it. I was in for a blow dry with fringe trim and left with my hair looking like a brand new cut. Condition was fantastic and fringe trim made my hair look edgy and fun again. Can't wait to go back.

Ryan did a fabulous job of correcting a self dye disaster. He was also friendly, pleasant and did a really professional job.
I also liked the personal touch of writing a welcome on my mirror not to mention the tv beside each chair which is a godsend when you’re getting a colour that takes a while.
Tea coffee or bubbly also offered on arrival and topped up as you wanted.

Fabulous result of lash lift after recommendation of using revitalash... wow the difference! And henna brows so defined. Would highly recommend Lorraine and the salon ?

As the experts say - it’s the first impression that counts and that impression started with my first ever call to ECH when I spoke to Karen. She quickly understood my concerns and how unhappy I was with my hair. She was the voice of calm and assured me I was on to the right place. An appointment was made for Chris the next day. Chris has made me smile again. He rebooted my hair and my confidence has returned. After two years of limbo from one bad hairdresser to another my hair was the worst colour and worst condition it had ever been. Chris sorted this in 3 hours He was great and reassured me all the eay from colour to cut. The team, the ambience and the glass of fizz were exceptional. I look forward to going back and leaving my car at home the next time!!!
