My friend and I were booked in for hair and make up on Saturday and can’t fault the staff in the salon. We had a lovely afternoon and left feeling truly pampered. Staff were lovely and friendly and couldn’t be more attentive. Can’t wait to visit again. x

It’s always a five star service in Ellen Conlin and my most recent visit was fabulous! Chloe did my colour and extensions which I’m delighted with. She is a true asset to the salon - warm, fun and friendly whilst knowledgable and professional. I also had my eyebrows and lashes tinted by the other Chloe who was also lovely and made a wonderful job of my tints. Everyone in Ellen Conlin go the extra step and I always leave happy but this time I’m absolutely delighted. Thanks Chloe, Sophie, Chloe and every at EC! ❤️

Absolutely adore coming into the salon. I’m always so unorganised and Ken at reception always manages to fit me in for everything I need, even having my hair and nails worked on at the same time when I’m in a rush. Always feel so pampered and spoilt in the salon and leaving feeling glorious. Chris, Chloe, Erin, Rachel, Ellen and Ken have all been brilliant over my visits over the past year or so. Addicted to the salon!!

My visit was a very pleasant experience

Amy, Joel and ellen were super knowledgable, made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. I was embarrassed about a flaky scalp and didn’t want to show anyone and within mins I felt so comfortable.
The salons attention to detail was amazing and I would recommend anyone with any scalp issues to go along and have a chat - my hair looks so healthy now.
The before and after echoes of my scalp (using the scalp tech camera) showed what a difference using the correct products makes.

This was my 3rd visit to Chloe and ECH and have definitely found the one. I have very thick, naturally curly hair and Chloe listens , doesn't laugh at my unrealistic photos and ideas ? She's really lovely and helps me work with my hair and is always looking for feedback the next time. Salon staff are friendly, attentive and helpful . It's worth the journey to get there and I would highly recommend. Thanks!

I went in to get hair my hair done and was offered a beauty treatment while I was there, so I opted to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Chloe made an absolutely beautiful job if them, and it was such a treat to get them done before going on holiday. She also offered me a complimentary file and polish for my nails, which sadly I didn't have time for...next time Chloe!!

This was my first ever visit to the salon after being recommended by a friend. I had Henna Brows done here for the first time by Chloe. I cant thank her enough, she was polite, professional and listened to what I wanted. The end result in my opinion is amazing and I will definitely be returning for more treatments

Let's face it, folks, waxing isn't always a joy, particularly when it's in the
— well, let's just say *sensitive* regions. Chloe makes it easy. She's professional, knowledgeable and gets you involved in the process, which somehow makes it slightly less undignified. That treatment over, she made my toenails super pretty. And apart from doing an excellent job, she was also really pleasant company. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I'll be back. Thanks, Chloe!

I just thought from the moment you arrive in salon the friendly atmosphere is lovely all the wee extras go a long way...then when im having a bad hair day they always asure u everything will turn out okay..so i thank them along with my daughter whis hair is now perfect xx

I was taken as a last minute appointment in the salon to fix a home hair dye disaster. The girls did everything they could do help me and were so lovely. I was very thankful for the time they spent to help me and how sympathetic they were.

I found the salon to be very welcoming. Everyone was friendly and everyone who dealt with me was very good. My stylist was excellent and understood what I wanted. The only reason I have given 4 stars for value is that my stylist in New Zealand charged a lot less.

Chloe took wonderful care of my daughter when we came in to get her hair cut and donate it to little princess trust , we will definitely be back. I had my own hair cut too , I can't remember the girls name but she was lovely and did an amazing job!
