I attend the salon every 5 weeks for a Caci treatment with a Joel Lift. I am given a warm welcome as soon as I enter. Lorraine Graham the beauty therapist designs the treatment to suit my needs (which is to make my 53 year old face more like a 43 year old face). She has an easy going manner and a good sense of humour. Lorraine adds in peels and/or face masks into the treatment. She also gives me advice on what product to use to help keep my skin looking healthy. I have also been encouraged to get my eyelashes tinted and lifted and my eyebrows shaped ane tinted. I always feel good when I leave the salon and rush to look in the mirror when I get home.

This was my first time to the salon. I was booked in for a wax. Isabela was very friendly and chatty throughout the whole appointment. She was also very thorough when waxing to ensure that no hair was left. I’ve already booked for my next appointment.

Thrilled with my hair, it feels really healthy and the cut is just what I wanted. Perfect colour.

I went to the salon for the first time on Friday and have never received such a warm welcome from a salon before. All the staff were so kind and helpful. I had a lovely back and shoulders massage from Isabela and then a haircut with Anthony. Both staff were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning myself!

I really like having my hair chopped by Ryan at Ellen Conlin. I've been to a lot of salons over the years with living between Skelmorlie, Glasgow and Edinburgh. I've been to salons in all cities and Ryan at Ellen Conlin is my favourite. He's really talented, knows what looks good, really shows an interest in you and your do and is an experienced hairdresser. I would recommend him and Ellen Conlin.

Chris is a perfectionist. He is what I would call a master craftsman when it comes to hairdressing and I have always come away from the salon feeling really good about my hair. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I always enjoy my visit.

I told Ellen about previous hair cuts in the past and that I never ever left a salon with the hair cut that I had asked for,Ellen delivered 100% and I left her salon with an amazing hair cut that I am so happy with.

I am so pleased with my lash lift, it makes my lashes really stand out and look as though I’m wearing mascara or even false lashes! Lorraine was very professional and talked me through all stages of the procedure so I knew what was going on! The added bonus of having a tint top up in 2 weeks is brilliant! Totally love my cut, the best I have had and will be back. Chris is amazing but I fear if I recommend him too highly I will not get another appointment with him as he will be inundated with new requests !!! Hahahaha. Had first ever hair appointment at Ellen conlins and have to say I was delighted with the service. Ryan was a miracle worker. The attention to detail was excellent from walking in to a welcome message on the mirror (which was a lovely touch), to being delighted with both cut and colour of my hair walking out.
