The team were brilliant and helped me rescue my hair that had been done badly somewhere else. They knew exactly what I was talking about and worked with me to make sure I was happy. I had a lot of people working on my hair so it was a team effort but everyone was so friendly and happy to help. Georgia couldn’t have been better really. The environment is really nice - a welcome message on your mirror when you get there, friendly service. I would absolutely recommend and be back.

Great hair cut and visit to ECH as always. Everyone always really friendly and standards are very high. Hannah cut my hair on this occasion and did a great job.

I was warmly greeted when I arrived. Everyone was pleasant abs professional. Lorraine was very thorough and efficient and gentle and asked me to check if the treatments were satisfactory. Lorraine is always very pleasant and easy to talk with.

Had a consultation with Maxine before I get my new extensions, this was basically to make sure the colour of the new extensions matched my own hair, how I wanted it styled and good advice on caring for my extensions. I have an appointment to put in my new extensions and can't wait, thanks Maxine

I've been coming to this salon since 2016 and they ALWAYS get it right. Ryan is fantastic and really listens to what you want. He's done my hair a good few times now. He definitely knows what he's doing and I would highly recommend him! The staff are welcoming and lovely. I lived in all around England and always travelled to this salon to get my hair done. I now live in London and came to Glasgow just to get my hair done from Ryan. I also did the same thing last year before my wedding. Ive been to a couple of salons in London but they've not got it right. I really trust this salon and Ryan with my hair and believe its worth travelling all that way! :D

Loved my hair cut

One of the best salons I have ever been in. I was so well taken care of by a team of expert staff. I would recommend this place To anyone with any kind of hair problems as I am positive they have the solutions.

Only issue was the price tbh. I knew the price going into it but there is some add ons once you’re there.

Other than that cannot daily their professionalism and friendliness I will definitely be back once I save up some money.

I should have posted this weeks ago , what a fabulous cut and blow dry , it’s the best hair cut , style I have had in years , Ryan used to style my hair when he lived near me locally, what a difference a hair cut makes especially in the current situation I have every intention of returning for my next one very soon and bringing a friend . I was a little apprehensive about sitting in a busy salon for hours with everything that has happened of late. But Ellen’s team quickly made me feel at ease, with professional attention to extra hygiene measures, such as hand sanitiser, extra space between clients, and having the aircon on so that it never felt too stuffy sitting with a mask on! Hannah was particularly switched on when it came to making sure I was comfortable in these new conditions! A fab cut and colour definitely left me feeling very happy to have got rid of my lockdown hair! Thank you Hannah and the team!

As a new client I was very apprehensive about going into the salon, however I needn’t have worried, from the minute I entered the Salon I was made to feel very welcome . The Salon is well equipped and safely laid out to deal with the current coronavirus pandemic .
My stylist Katy was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease very quickly . I had an idea of what style and colour I wanted , however after a discussion with Ellen and Katy , I left it to the experts and I was absolutely delighted with the result and looking forward to my next visit to the salon in September .

Young Ryan used to cut my hair 6 year’s ago in Rothesay I’ve finally coy up with him I had my hair cut and styled the best I’ve had in years the whole experience is amazing I will definitely be back Thank you Ryan and as I said Ellen what a catch in having Ryan x

Went here for my first post-lockdown haircut. I wanted bangs and explained I don’t want to have to blow dry or spend time on my hair. Katy was great and suggested a lower maintainable style that would still give me volume and shape around my face. She was very attentive to what I was looking for and expert with the scissors! Absolutely delighted with the result! Thank you :) Also, Lorraine did my brows exactly how I wanted and was lovely too. I’ll definitely be back!

With regards to the current pandemic; I felt so safe in the immaculate salon - safety measures put in place are great.

My stylist Maxine is the best stylist I’ve ever had.
Maxine took her time to talk me through a better cut for my thick curly mane while listening to what I wanted.

Maxine is so passionate about her work it’s a joy to listen. She shared many tips to keep my hair in tip top condition between salon visits which I can’t wait to try out.
The head massage during the wash has to be mentioned - just woaw!
...and the final results - better than I could ever imagine - I love my hair again.

I’m over the moon with my cut and feel like a brand new woman. It’s amazing what a good haircut can do to your confidence!

Someone recommended Ryan to me and he didn’t disappoint. He was brilliant from start to finish: made me feel comfortable straight away and was so easy to talk to. When he started to cut my hair I knew I was in the hands of an expert. I haven’t had such a meticulous and thorough haircut in 20+ years! He took his time and did a quality job and I was delighted with the end result. He has obviously developed excellent skills over the years and is still willing to make the effort. I’ve had haircuts in other expensive salons that reveal their shoddiness in the following days after being hidden by the blow dry. Thank you Ryan. You have restored my faith in getting my hair cut. I can now look forward to my next one!

I had an emergency situation with my colour after lockdown. ? Maxine was a wizard with the colour and really sorted me out. She is very knowledgable and I really felt I was in safe hands. The other girls were really helpful too. All in all a great experience.
