Really couldn’t have asked for more. I’m new to the salon and Pamela was fabulous! The whole feeling in the salon is really welcoming and friendly - everyone clearly gets on, which immediately makes for an enjoyable experience. From start to finish, I was treated like a VIP. I was offered a warm welcome, a drink (including Prosecco), an incredible head massage, and a personalised treatment for my hair. I’ve got really challenging hair (thick, curly and dry) but Debbie is a pro and made me feel like my hair should be celebrated (when many others elsewhere have made me feel somewhat embarrassed about the challenge). I’ve got a plan of action for the next few months and have already booked in the next two appointments. Can’t wait!!

Pamela has been colouring my hair for 16 years! I have had many colours and styles. I first met Pamela when I was researching colour technician's in my area. I have never looked back!
