Having had a very bad experience with my last hairdresser I was nervous but Jessica was warm straightforward and delivered a great cut. Faith restored. Thank you so much!

Always happy with the end result. Just a thought, after all the years of being a frequent client of the salon wouldn’t it be a nice gesture to offer a complimentary coffee now and again. And as a PR exercise why not offer your loyal clients a sample of a new hair range - you never know the salon may well get a few extra sales.

First time at Daniel Galvin. I thought the check in was like a hotel. I had to put my own coat in a cloak room, put my own gown on and I was not offered tea or coffee. In fact, if I did want a drink, I would have to pay extra. I was already paying £73 for the cheapest haircut. Absolutely shocking.

My visit to the salon today was very pleasant. I was greeted with a smile by Rebecca. Georgie washed my hair and recommended some shampoo.
Dean was very attentive, he always listens to any concerns I may have as well as keeping me up to date regarding new products.

My colour is excellent as always with Chloe love coming to DG catching up with Chloe always complimented on my colour my grey........what grey second to none !!!

***** is a superb stylist, but customer service is poor. On arrival , 5 mins early, I was asked to get a gown and go downstairs. After nearly 25 mins I was still sitting waiting and had not been approached by anyone. Eventually a very nice junior enquired who I was waiting for and apologised. The reception had not informed ***** that I was there. This is not the first time this has happened, and I find it very annoying, especially when they text me 2 days before to say my ‘slot’ is between 2/3. As I travel 200 miles to my appointment, timing is crucial.

Having our hair cut at your salon is a big indulgence and my daughters and I have always ( many years now) felt welcomed and enjoyed a wonderful service. ( wouldn’t mind a longer head massage at the basin though?). Thank you Dean !

Brilliant! Felt a bit nervous but Jakob spent time talking me through what might work. And during he cut was explaining the changes he was doing... felt in safe hands.The cut was brilliant and I love it.

Frankie always gives great cuts and should there ever be something that needs tweaking she is always happy to help. She has a really nice presence and a brilliant eye.

I have very short hair and David always cuts it perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The staff are friendly and the salon is a delight to visit. I would not go anywhere else.

Emma has been cutting my hair every month to 6 weeks for the past 6 years as I keep it very short. She cuts it brilliantly despite my hair’s idiosyncrasies of wonky hairline and post chemo curly bits that move round my head! She has also become a very good friend and ‘therapist’. After 12 years in Marylebone I moved out of London last year and now live in West Oxfordshire. I’ve moved Doctors, Dentists, Voter Registration - but not hairdressers! I still schlepp into London for Emma to cut my hair, inventing client meetings to disguise this to my husband!!! I also love the whole atmosphere of DG - the girls on reception or who take my coat are all lovely and I like the fact that I’m a regular and recognised as such - Rebecca even knows my voice. She’s another rockstar btw and has been brilliant for squeezing me in or moving appointments for me. A lovely team!

Been going to David for years. It's always great. I trust him completely with my hair and haven't ever been disappointed. And he cheers me up. What more could I want??

Robert has been cutting my hair for years and I consider him to be the best cutter and stylist - he'd better not be thinking of retirement any time soon!
