I was very stressed and not much time. Billie was just lovely. She was able to trim and blow dry in littlerally 15 Min. Super fast and great job. On a bad day, she gave me a beautiful smile.

Ellie is a fantastic colourist. I am really happy with her work. Loved my hair. I can’t find a better expert in any saloon in London.

Perfect cut by Stevie. Other aspects of the salon service not great. Left to find my own way downstairs. Salon needs a refresh. Looks tired.

Whilst my hair is always stunning it is totally outrageous to be expected to pay for for tea and coffee. Seriously. Get a nespresso!! If someone wants food etc then fine to use ‘outsourced’ company but to pay for tea and coffee is outrageous and totally wholly unacceptable.

My whole hair Colour journey was a wonderful experience. The receptionist was so kind and very professional who introduced the Salon in a lovely manner which made me feel comfortable.
I was then greeted by the lovely and welcoming Chloe the colourist who is a complete genius and wonderful asset to the company! Chloe has a wonderful eye to detail and is very current in her approach to what she would recommend! Very on point! I’m very happy indeed with my hair Colour and will continue to see Chloe she’s AMAZING! I would and will be telling all my friends to go visit her!

Excellent experience as usual

I’ve been going to Emma for coming up to five years and she’s brilliant! In fact she’s become a good friend as I go once a month for a cut (I keep my hair very short) so I see her more than most of my friends! She’s meticulous and sculpts my hair into the nape of my neck beautifully which isn’t easy as I have a wonky hairline. I also love the salon - everyone is friendly, down to earth and not in the least bit intimidating and ‘oh we’re a West End celebrity hairdressers doncha know!’ Rebecca on the front desk knows my voice when I call, and even the lady who runs the cloakroom is lovely and always has a chat. My visits are one of the highlights of my month and even though I’ve moved out of London to West Oxfordshire I still contrive meetings to legitimise the diesel to schlepp into town for my appointments - I ain’t goin’ nowhere else!
