I went to Highgate branch and couldn’t be more impressed, Ken done my hair and was professional and a really nice man.

I have been twice to Morris Roots in Fulham. The first time was not so bad even though they charged me an extra £5 for treatment. I would have given it a 4 out of 10 the 1st time only because the lady who done my hair was very friendly.
The 2nd time I went it was terrible. I had booked my appointment over the phone. When I got there, the lady at the reception said I had not booked the slot, & it was her who I spoke to.
The Same lady I had the 1st time washed my hair again. She could clearly see I was not happy & she asked me, which I thought was patronising, so I said all is well.
I sat under the steamer, when it had stopped nobody seemed to care to come & check until another stylist said to check.
A male hairdresser washed out my hair & he was the roughest person I have ever experienced handling my hair. After the wash he seemed to dry it out with a towel for eternity.
They use far too much shampoo which dries out my hair. I made it clear, but apparently they do not care about your hair or the way you instruct them to do it.
I will invest in a steamer and do my own treatment at home.
Go somewhere where they genuinely care about your hair or save your money.
A waste of time & money.
I would rather go bald then go there again.
