I feel a little cheated by coming into the salon having my hair washed and a treatment applied for £30 the treatment was only on for 5mins and felt it did nothing it wasn’t the hairdresser fought but I should have been told what was going to happen

I’ve been 3 times in the salon for haircuts and every time was happy with my haircut.

I had my hair cut and coloured by Kozeta at Regis Brent Cross and am extremely pleased with the results. She has excellent understanding of what i wanted and what suits me. Highly recommended.

Vjolica understands and listens to her clients. She has never cut my hair too short, she always does an excellent job and she is a good colourist too.

Kozeta was great! I had a fringe cut for the first time and absolutely loved the outcome! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

My stylist Leena was fabulous. I found her approachable and she asked me how I wished to look and advised me about coloring without being pushy. The end result with a hair cut was just fantastic. I left the salon feeling great. The receptionist was also really helpful this was 1st experience at Regis and will definitely come again

It's my pleasure to leave this review long overdue having been a client at the salon for 10+ years. I can honestly say without exception I've never had cause for complaint or been given reason to go elsewhere and always been very satisfied and pleased with the service. All the staff are warm and friendly, work diligently and efficiently, yet at the same time create an atmosphere that feels quiet, relaxed and never rushed even during busy times. Regardless of whether I've had my hair long/medium/short, all my stylists seem to have had the knack and through their judgement of knowing exactly what I wanted and then delivering it without any fuss (not the case everywhere I've been). You know you're in good hands when you can relax and chat with the stylist and forget you're having your hair cut and not worry about how it's going to turn out. In no particular order special thanks to Cassie, Leah, Luisa, Claire, LuLu, Elizabeth, Dee, and everyone at Regis Brent Cross. See you next time!

Kozeta did a incredible job with my hair! I always go once per year to the hairstylist because mostly I get disappointed with the cut style or the they the staff treat my hair which is sometimes really painful and even give me headaches. However, Kozeta treat my hair really fast and without causing me any pain. She really got what I wanted just seeing a few pictures that I had ready to show her.. and she got it! She took her time to do it perfectly but at the same time it was really fast and efficient!
