I loved that the stylist did what was right for my hair! I was booked for root touch up & highlights but I actually didn't need the highlights in the end! My hair looked & felt great afterwards.

severe difficulty in washing the hair, i asked for the third shampoo. my hair broke, she twisted my hair in all directions with a very poor result. dry, broken and untidy hair. I concluded to put the hat on my head. Unfortunately I will not go back there again

As usual, I was warmly welcomed by the salon staff, and especially by Neil whom I know as David. He is a brilliant cutter, and has been a friend for about 30 years!

Stylist good. Front of house service terrible. Arrived on time and was told to go away. When I came back a good half an hour after my appointment your staff didn’t even know I was there for a cut.Half an hour late and then ignored and then told ‘these things happen’ well no they don’t in a professional hair salon charging £50 plus. Rude and I expect an explanation and more.

Stylist excellent all the girls are very helpful but your gowns have to be replaced and the towels are to be replaced as well they are out dated I am your usual customer for nearly 26 years every week I come to do my hair but not happy for the place I think you need the cleaner as well to clean the place please do something about this otherwise you will lose your customers
