Regis Salons - Brent Cross

I arrived so hopeful as the girl who washed my hair was brilliant best shampoo and massage ever.
Meet stylist and she was so lovely but just didn’t listen to what I asked for and took my hair so short.
I just wanted a Bob with graduation up to my shoulders
She cut it right to my hair line.
I wish I had expressed how upset I was to her but instead just cried home.
Will not be returning.

Wonderful hairdresser

Although Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, the overall atmosphere of other staff and salon was not. No one other than Emily engaged with me nor was I offered coffee which most salons would with lower pricing. I gather their working environment may have been disrupted as there was an Electrician fixing some lights when I got there and later a small film crew turned up presumably to record a promotional video.
However, my stylist, Emily worked very hard under pressure to give me a good experience and I was pleased with the result.
I am bearing in mind I booked the day before in person at short notice.

I have always found all the stylists that I see on my appointment day very warm and friendly and also the receptionists. However, I am very disappointed that we are unable to no longer have a cup of coffee . I feel it is a nice service that should go back to being provided, especially if you are there for some time or bring lunch as I do. I would like to hear your opinion on this matter.

I have went in after a very bad hair cut and Vjollca has done an exceptional job and fixed my hair which I am extremely happy and pleased about, and once again thank you very much for fixing my hair.

Brilliant colour and cut as always from David. Every now and again I try an hairdressers nearer to me, but always return to Regis as no one is better than David.

She absolutely loved her hair when it was finished.
