I loved our experience at Regis Brent Cross from the beginning when Cassandra booked us in over the phone to the end. Cassandra was very nice, professional and accommodating and even gave us a discount that I was trying to apply if I had booked online. I was very impressed by the way Emily cut my mums bob to perfection with great skill and precision. She had just cut another clients hair and we liked it so much that we asked her to give us the same haircut for my mum. She was also so considerate and kind to my mum and made her feel so special!
She transformed the way my mum looked from when she came into the salon to when she left!

My stylist, Monica, is gentle, kind, patient & an amazing hairdresser!

The haircut and blow-dry were really nice. I was a bit disappointed with the service beforehand. I had to wait 25min and I was told I had to pay an extra 15£ because I had long and thick hair. I booked this via treatwell and it doesn't say anything about paying extra for this. I ended up not paying extra as I was waiting for almost half an hour, but they were quite rude about it.

Excellent.Emily really listened to the cut I asked for (both length and style).She gave me a relaxing head massage too.

First visit. Great job. The stylist was extremely helpful and did a great job.

I have been coming to Stella at Regis for a few years now for my highlights and cut. She is the loveliest person and I always leave with my hair looking exactly what I asked for. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Place was clean and tidy.

I did my hair 2 times in this salon with the same lady was and blow dry , first time was 43 and now 28 when i asked them why first time u charged me they said first oh we can’t find your records so we can’t tell you why then she said oh they charged u for long hair and i said so why today they didn’t even tho it’s the same hair dresser that did my hair , they literally treat me as a fool and the lady with the red hair was not happy to even explain why
I just felt was fooled by them cuz first time I didn’t check the price as i was in rush at that moment

Thank you so much to Monica for an incredible wash cut and dry. Monica heard me out took a look at a picture for me and totally put my mind at ease as I was feeling nervous. Really attentive and great attention to detail and lots of good advice. Have been going to Lulu for 10+years.have always come out of the salon looking and feeling great.i ll miss her as she takes leave for a while but she will leave me in safe hands.Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming too.

Excellent service from start to finish. With no appointment, I was seen within 20 minutes - the receptionist did everything she could to accommodate
me, as always. With the stylist I felt I was in the hands of an expert, passionate about her work. Such care and attention was given to my hair cut throughout. I really felt she understood my hair type and cut my hair to show off its strength. From flat, long and lifeless to a youthful, modern bounce. I am so delighted with the end result. Thank you

Uneven hair cut.
Over used thinning scissors
Had long layers when I went in .
came out with lobsided uneven short front.
Back of head was short in patches with others not touched… I won’t be back.

Had full head of highlights tint cut and blow dry by Lulu today. Really pleased with my hair and Lulu has done a great job as usual.

Good haircut for an entry level

From the booking and shampoo to the cut and style, I felt I received really good service.

I had my hair ruined by a different salon. Balayage was done badly. I came to Regis and asked for their professional opinion and they gave me an honest one. Booked me in quick and easy.
When I went to my appointment and they saw my hair properly, they advised a different path than a repeat balayage and now my hair is looking so much better and all blended in the right places.
Absolutely love my hair and I’m super happy with it. I will definitely be rebooking for future appointments! :)
