These was My 1st visit to Rush unfortunately 😕 it was last Staff wasn't present at all. Due to my Medical condition my hair became very very bad they were tangled from my right sight She did tell me I need to cut these much I was happy with it unfortunately my hair still tangled from onside I really wish she told me I would have asked to cut shorter. What a waist of £60.00 one of the worse service in whole Ealing.
l initially had a fantastic experience at this salon thanks to an incredibly skilled and kind Italian hair stylist. She truly listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve the perfect look. I was so impressed with her work that I booked a second appointment for a month later.
Unfortunately, my second visit was a disaster.
Despite receiving a confirmation of my appointment the day before, I was told by the manager that I had to leave with wet hair because they didn't have enough staff. The manager claimed I had received a voicemail, which I did not, and that she had tried to call me (there was only one call and a confirmation message, so I assumed everything was fine).
The manager's rudeness and her attempt to make me feel like I was at fault left a very sour taste. I left without getting my hair done, feeling extremely disappointed.
If the management of the salon changes and the wonderful Italian stylist remains, I would be happy to return. Until then, I won't be coming back. This was by far my worst experience at a hair salon.
I had my haircut at Rush (Ealing Broadway) 3 weeks ago. This is the worst haircut I have had. My medium length hair has been left with very short choppy bits at different lengths throughout, completely at odds with longer bits.
I returned & complained & was offered to have the problem rectified. The second stylist could see the mess that my hair had been left in.
Whilst she tried to blend in the short bits, she couldn't fix the problem & she said that I would have to let the hair grow backÂ
Rush charge high prices and yet are employing stylists/hairdressers who simply should not be cutting hair.
