I needed a fresh haircut and had some pictures on the phone. Upon arrival Soo and I had a browse through the cuts I liked and she expertly guided me providing information on what would work better and would be easier to look after. Also, not many stylists are confident to finish of texturising cutting curly hair on a straight blow dry ! Very pleased with the result. Thank you.

I had the cut 1.5months ago. I asked a short cut, I received a good proposal and the cut last this long very very nicely. Even in the morning I could reshape it super quickly. Now I need to go back only because it is getting too long again :)

I am not happy with the cut. I asked for length to be retained from the top and tidied around the sides but it was cut shorter than i wanted. The sides were cut well.
The overall cut is very plain as it has all been cut in uniform. There is little to no shape or play on length. This is not something i expected from a distinguished hairdresser.
More questions should be asked from the hairdresser so they understand what is expected of them but also to help the customer be inspired so they too are clear what to expect from the cut. This didn't happen beyond just a few basic questions.
The cut is no where close to the price paid, i could have achieved the same result from a lesser skilled hairdresser at one tenth of the price. The cut was also rushed.
I let my hair grow longer before having it cut this time and i thought to try TnG's top stylist. I came in expecting i would enjoy the whole experience walking out with an impressive cut. However, i am disappointed and am embarrassed to tell anyone how much i paid. I won't be coming back nor recommending it to anyone else. I don't mean to sound rude as that's not my intention.

I have been going to Toni & Guy for my haircut for the past 5 years. It’s the only place in town where my hair is always done right. I have very fine hair but lots of it and in the past I have been to places where they really got it wrong. Either put too many layers in it which made it impossible for me to style or not enough and made it look like a helmet. Soo is always very professional and friendly at the same time. She cuts my hair to a perfect finish every time. I couldn’t dream of a better service.

Roz is one of the best colouring professionals in London , full stop. On top of that she is a great person and makes your visit feel like an afternoon with friends. The whole team are always happy to help and provide the best experience. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough.

My daughter Ami usually get her hair done by Sewon . This time , I went with her to get my iconic bob hair cut . He is really good at class bob haircut . As I am Asian , I have really thick widely hair . I usually go to famous hair salon in Tokyo but I highly recommend any Asian people who wants to have classic bob haircut . I would like to come back again , specifically ask Sewon to do my hair again ! Thank you Sewon !

Definitely the best wash and cut ever by Martina..and a head great wash and head massage too!. For a 45 minute appointment it's worth the money.

Good dye but blatant non-sensical money making policy. I have been to two other TONI & Guy salons in London and for both, a blow dry style is part of the package. For some reason the St Paul’s branch require an additional £20 for this - if you don’t opt for it, they literally will just blow dry your hair with a flat brush - not a round brush on the basis that a round brush makes it a “style”. I had a good dye but left the salon unhappy because my hair looked frizzy and worse than when I style my hair myself. It is non-sensical - they would literally be doing the same thing with a round brush and the difference would be so much better. The way a client leaves the store is representative of your service, if a client leaves with frizzy hair and unhappy, how is that a good representation of your service? It’s a money making scheme which really annoys me - the result of this is a client has walked out of your salon and won’t ever return. Suggest they reconsider their policy as they’re losing business this way which is a shame, because the hair technician was very good. Irrespective of this, I won’t return.
