Roz is wonderful with my colour and always a pleasure to be around. She gives great advice. She’s also a great mentor to junior members of the team. Always looking for coaching opportunities and praising good work.

From the moment I arrived i was greeted by friendly staff. They new my name and with whom my appointment was with. My coat was taken and a gown was wrapped around me immediately. Then i was offered a drink and taken to a chair where my stylist introduced himself and asked me what I'd like done to my hair. It was all very attentive and thoughtful. My stylist was very determined to ensure that i was happy when I left. The hair washer was bubbly and made me feel at ease very quickly. My stylist talked me through all stages of what he was doing and checked with me. I felt that the service was really good and I'd recommend the salon as well as Sewon.

She does a fantastic cut and is super personable as well. A truly pleasant experience, I couldn't ask for more.

I tend to come only a few times a year as I usually let my hair to grow quite a bit, but Sakiko is always great, leaving me with a good-looking short haircut that grows out perfectly. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my first Toni and guy cut in 5 years. I hadn’t had it cut in almost a year and was nervous I would be shamed..... but they were really nice, helpful, and did a great job. Very happy. The salon was definitely cold though!

She’s the only hair dresser that has ever shown me how to dry my hair naturally and now I wear it like that a lot of the time without the use of my hair straighteners so my hair is much healthier!

I’ve been going to Roz for years - she is always friendly & chatty & just lovely. She also supervises a lot of the younger staff and keeps everything operating smoothly.

I am always made to feel welcome and treated as a valued customer, the staff are always friendly and full of advice, and really listen to what I want, Rose the lady who colours my hair and Sakiko who cuts and styles it, are excellent in their field and I always come out of there feeling wonderful as does my hair,

Quick efficient and a true artist

T&G St Paul’s was something I looked into as it was close to work (could go during lunch or after work if needed). Chose Sewon as my stylist and every since he’s always been really friendly and also a great hairdresser. I’d definitely recommend him and also T&G St. Paul’s as a whole!
