Return 8 week visit to salon tonight- we are on a journey - a women who is aimjng for silver look to blend with my naturally whitening hair - Maria excels herself in everything to provide best outcome for my hair - she is very understanding, patient and professional in her approach , giving constructive positive advice , opinions and offers very good guidance and support - very satisfied Marie is my stylist.
A huge thanks to Marie for the time she spends on my hair & effort she makes throughout.

Ami was very careful with her highlight application and so the result is second to none. The cut was exactly what I asked for and once again I was given the impression Ami takes great pride in her work.
Ami gave a brilliant blow dry and although I did have my hair waved with the straightening irons I didn’t need to - it looked brilliant after just the blow dry.
Overall I would highly recommend Ami and the Frances Hunter group.

Lauren is a fantastic stylist, very attentive to your needs. I feel so relaxed in her company and I always come out of salon feeling great.she gives out great advice and I have noticed a big difference in my hair in the past 3 months due to recommendations from Lauren. Second time here and another positive experience. Lauren is very good and takes the time to look at my hair and discuss what I would like before doing anything. Don't feel rushed at all. I think I have found my perfect length now and am very happy with the result.

Managed to get an appointment on the same day. This should have been an alarm bell but I though maybe I'm just lucky!
Quite possibly the WORST haircut I've ever had.
Asked for my hair to blended/layered.
This amounted to half my hair cut of only half way down and lots of bit missed. Too busy talking to other staff to see what a mess she made. A complete disaster. Thankfully I found another company to correct it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I was unhappy with the cut I received from a previous salon , I was in Alloa and noticed the Francis Hunter Salon so I popped in to enquire if anyone was available that could give me a cut and blow dry. I was introduced to Amy who said she was available Amy real listened as I explained what I wanted to achieve. I found her to be very professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use her services again I left a very happy lady

First class service yet again from Amy. I was trying some highlights this time for a change and the advice I got to help choose what was best for me was excellent. I love my cut and colour and I’m definitely ready to start celebrating Christmas. Thank you to all the staff who always make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this salon.
