Lydia has been colouring and styling my hair for over 5 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a wonderful job and it’s lovely to have a good chat whilst she works her magic. The salon is always clean, friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and I also got 50% discount with the loyalty card scheme on this visit - a fab added perk for return customers. I’d recommend Phoenix to anyone - I always look forward to my visits.

I bought a wig in the salon. I had a short hair style, but I decided to choose a slightly longer style ( bob ). I am happy with the service. Pauline is a very pleasant and genuine lady. She gave me a good piece of advice. The prices are very reasonable. The wig suits me. I am happy with the style and colour. I will return back to the salon if I need something else in the future. I highly recommend it. I marked 4 star for the atmosphere only because some other people spoke too loudly.

Went to Phoenix Hair for the first time today with my daughter to get a wig. So impressed from the start, we were offered a coffee and made ourselves comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere and Pauline really knows her trade. Extremely helpful and understanding of what I was after. Came away with two lovely wigs and Pauline also cut fringes into two of my existing wigs. So much better than trying to find a wig online. Phoenix Hair will now be my go to place for all my wig requirements. Thanks again Pauline x

I had Cancer a few years ago and had trouble getting a solution to my hair loss after chemotherapy, after many different attempts in other salons
The first consultation was great and the care that was given has been excellent,I cannot recommend the owner and staff enough-I have hair now that I am proud to have received. Thank you Phoenix, you certainly live up to your name.

I am really pleased with my cut and colour after visiting Fai! She has done a fantastic job, she's already an incredible hairdresser even though she is still learning as an apprentice! Thanks to Ebony and Pauline for helping with her training! I learnt a thing or two too!!

I had a lovely experience using Phoenix hair salon. Ebony was great and did my hair exactly how I wanted (I love the cut 😊) My daughter also had a cut and loved the light curls at the end. We will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know. Thank you Ebony 😊
