Just moved to area and wondered how it would be choosing a new hairdresser after many years! Literally couldn’t fault Phoenix, lovely welcome friendly staff and a wonderful colour and cut by Lydia. Highly recommend and have booked next appointment already

Ebony listens to what you want in a hair cut and makes sure that you will be happy with it .Can not fault her she gave me a lovely hair cut today .Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed .

I have been having my hair cut with Lydia now for the past 6 months and she is absolutely brilliant. My hair is naturally curly so a pain to cut and dry, and she always does a fantastic job and makes sure every split end is cut. My hair has been so much healthier since my regular 8 week cuts.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, Lydia gave my 6 year old son a haircut and she was very good at getting him to sit in the chair to have his haircut for a while by talking to him about his interests as a distraction. Will definitely continue to go to phoenix for future haircuts.

Fantastic job done by Pauline on cutting my son Daniel's hair. Pauline has been cutting Daniel's hair for the past 25years. Pauline is so good that Daniel comes over all the way from New Jersey twice a year to have it done, so I think that speaks volumes thank you Pauline ❤️

After many years of neglect my hair was a shambles I never thought it possible to save but after my visit my hair is looking the best it ever has.
