Very pleased with dry cut from Pauline. Did not have appointment but she fitted me in. I’ve made another appointment for next month. Very satisfied customer.

Always greet you with a pleasant smile on entering the salon. Always willing to accommodate you with an appointment time that's convenient for the client even when you have to amend your original one.

Have my hair sorted out every 4 weeks with Ebony. No complaints, really pleased with the results & we always have a bit of a giggle as well.

Came in for my make up trial before the big day and it was really enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and talked me through everything as i dont know much about make up etc. As i dont know much they advised me on which would look best/suit me more. Atmosphere was very relaxing and i just knew i was in good hands. Thanks so much

Always friendly and helpful slain

i came in for a free hair cut that was won in a school fair. the experience was nice and the girl was lovely but the hair was shocking. it's taken me until now as i didn't see the proper results until i've washed it myself.. but it's not a good cut at all

Have been going to Phoenix for many years have always had Pauline, today Ebony did half head foils with three colours, cut and blow dry, I have to praise Ebony she has high standards and I am so, so pleased with with my high lights and low lights. Thank you Ebony.

At last I have the perfect hairdresser. Ebony is marvellous she does your hair exactly as requested and the cutting is superb, without paying the earth and wishing you had gone somewhere else.

they make you feel welcome and talk to you as well witch i love they fo my hair the way i like it i find it hard to get a great hairdressers but found this one and they are amazing you feel so relaxed all the time i would highly recommend the shop

I highly recommend Lydia at Phoenix. I have never been disappointed after an appointment. Lydia is very friendly (as are all the staff and Pauline the owner) and will take the time to discuss what colour or style you want on the day. Also, considering the rising costs with everything, Phoenix’s prices have not risen to a ridiculous amount and give you value for money every time

Ebony did a great job of putting some life back into a very untidy mop of hair. Had a very nice hair wash and scalp massage with my feet up! Made to feel very welcome after not being to the salon for a number of years.....would definitely recommend

Having just had TKR so not been for a while. Pauline is always very friendly always asks what I would like colour & style. Ebony gave me a lovely head massage she is also very friendly. It is always a lovely atmosphere. I came out so pleased with my new hair style. Thanks girls xx for got to say hubby was pleased with his hair cut.

Am always pleased with the way that Pauline cuts and colours my hair. Good cut which lasts 6 weeks and lovely shaping. The colour looks natural and she listens to how I like my hair cut.
