Having had my hair done for several years by Lydia at Phoenix hair salon - I can honestly say I have never left the salon feeling un happy, my hair always looks fabulous

I booked the same day and I went in within 20 minutes they were so professional and understood my needs and looked after me.

Called into Salon yesterday to book a fringe trim. Very quickly given an appointment for today. Ebony listened to me and gave me a perfect trim. Quick and easy thank you. ?

Visited after being 7 years with another salon. Pauline put me at ease straight away. Very knowledgeable about the science part and an incredible eye for what’s suited me. A peaceful and unhurried experience, I walked out feeling on top of the world and have had nothing but compliments on my hair. One randomly from the check out lady in Primark. Ebony cut my hair today. I wanted a few more layers than normal and a choppy feel around my face for a change and she listened and has done a fab job. I love it!! She is so lovely and chatty and is easy to get along with. Would recommend her and the salon. Great service thanks

Pauline has been doing my hair for well over 30 years. I couldn't wish for a better or more professional hairdresser. Pauline will always sit you down first, for a consultation before even touching your hair to see what you want and she will always be truthful by saying if something wouldn't suit you, which in my opinion is very professional, as there is nothing worse than having your hair done and being totally disappointed, but of course if that is what you want Pauline will do it. For example I loved Halle Berry's hair when it was really short (this is going back quite a few years ago) and I said to Pauline that I wanted my hair cut short like Halle Berry's. Pauline said to me that it wouldn't suit me but I was adamant that is how I wanted it, so Pauline did it and she was right I hated it, so lesson learned.
On this visit I had a Kerastraight treatment, which is a fantastic product. I have very thick and frizzy hair and this treatment is absolutely fabulous, your hair feels wonderful after, like silk. I would highly recommend this product.
