Lowry cut my hair today and, as always, it was a perfect cut.
I’ve just come back from 7 weeks travelling around South East Asia and the cut she gave me before we went lasted beautifully. I hardly needed to use a hair dryer.
The Salon always looks smart and there is a really friendly atmosphere.

Having not being able to visit the salon for a couple of months, my roots were very dark. Stacey has done a brilliant job in brightening my colour and always knows how I like my hair ?.

I haven’t had my hair cut in a salon for years because it was too expensive and I couldn’t be bothered with trying to find a good stylist.

My £28 cut and blow dry with Poppy exceeded my expectations. Excellent price for the service I received - she’s so lovely and chatty, she put me right at ease. Perfectly neat cut, gentle handling of my hair and gentle hair washing too. I couldn’t be happier - I’ll definitely be returning.

Every time I go, I want a change in style. Stacey always accommodates my request but offers advice as well. It’s always a real pleasure having my hair done here and I travel a good 30-40 mins to get there. All staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel welcome.

I visit the Halo salon regularly and love coming in, the girls are always welcoming and my hair looks flawless every time. The only criticism I have is sometimes I find my stylist can be unprofessionally over friendly sharing detailed information about her love life and different men they are seeing. I think a sound relationship between and client and hairdresser is important but there is a line that can occasionally be crossed.

First I thought I will never made this feed back. When I looked at the mirror, I thought I must have to say my disappointment. This was the worst experience I ever had. I was always happy to come to Halo especially Gemma knew what I want. I am 74 , I always have short hair but not that short. I looked like a skin head. All my hair was shaved only the top was cut by scissors. Gemma only shaved the neck . I have to wear hat all the time because my hair is much shorter than a man and uneven shaved. I tried to stopped when she started to shave my right side but she said she will made it good later. I ended up like a skin head and now I have to put my hat on in case my children Video call me. I tried to have a fresh look but it ended up in a nightmare.

Had my hair done by Daisy for years and as per usual the best and exactly what i wanted. Cant wait to go back!

Absolutely love it! Wasn’t sure at first because the colour seemed a bit dark but really want to keep it this way in the future, and the way Daisy styled it was so good the curls are still in 3 days later. Thank you xx

Today was my first visit to Halo, I am so pleased with my blonde highlights, Poppy was lovely, she took time, talking me through the process and I appreciated her advice with toner selection. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! I do have anxiety and although I’d been before I was really nervous about going for my hair done, but I felt so welcome the moment I stepped through the door. Poppy listened to what I’d like and was so lovely.
I was offered a drink (and a Prosecco ?) and then was talked through each step. My favourite part was having my hair washed ( I didn’t want it to end) .
My colour is absolutely stunning! I have had so many compliments and have been asked on numerous occasions where I had it done.

I've been visiting Daisy for nearly a year now, and every time I have been just as pleased and impressed than the last. She is efficient, effective, professional, and is very accommodating and welcoming. She is an excellent employee and a credit to the salon.

Very pleased at ambiance in Salon decor etc. Welcoming. Poppy didn’t know me of my hair but very pleased with finished result.

I had my hair cut today at Halo and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Poppy greeted me by the door and talked through how I wanted my hair. She did a great job and I’m really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend and come again.

The girls were really helpful in the salon to me and my son. I had used a very strong purple shampoo on my hair and poppy jumped straight in there to help me suggesting a cleansing shampoo, even though I didn’t have an appointment,I was there for my sons. I’d love to know what the conditioner that was used on my hair as it’s soooo soft! The apprentice young lady was the one who washed it etc but I didn’t get her name. She was lovely too. Thanks so much! Xx
