I can’t thank Abi enough, I first came to her. as I was really upset due to another Salon making my hair far too dark which knocked my confidence. Abi has got the colour just perfect and there’s absolutely no way I’d go anywhere else now . she makes you feel relaxed and is just the best .

Well as I continue to grow out my once very short hair cut I am now at the irritating stage where I’d quite gladly chop it all off again! Heather to the rescue and after another lovely visit this evening I feel back on track in my quest for luscious longer hair! Not forgetting the amazing colour work, banter and genuinely warm, welcoming atmosphere. Always a great service .

As always, Abi has done a wonderful job, full head of hi-lights, cut & blow dry. I cannot fault Abi. The salon is a great place to go and all the girls are so welcoming and kind. My hair is a work in progress after bleaching my hair myself through the Covid lock down. Abi knows exactly what to do with it. I can just sit in the chair, relax and let her work her magic. If anyone is pondering over coming to this salon, please do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I've never had a bad cut from Heather. The style is so good that it falls into shape even before blow drying it. Really, really pleased.

After a couple of bad experiences at other hairdressers, this was amazing. At the consultation I was put at ease straight away, I felt confident I was being listened to and Heather was obviously very knowledgeable. Heather was also very friendly and did a fantastic job. I love my new hair.

It comes to something when you have random women (in Cardiff) come up to you asking who has coloured your hair, what colour was used and what I asked for! Abi is an artist in her own right. I would not go anywhere else. I fully trust in her expertise and advice. I always leave loving my hair. I am forever receiving compliments on my hair. All the girls are top and the Salon is so chilled, friendly and accommodating.

I hadn't been to Head Office for about a year because I moved out of Wrexham to Crewe, but I hadn't found a new go-to salon. My blonde was growing out, so my partner took me back to Wrexham to get my hair done for my birthday. There's always such a friendly vibe as soon as you step through the door. I felt so comfortable and got chatting to Heather straight away, so my appointment went really quickly, and my hair looks absolutely beautiful! It's exactly the way I wanted it. Can't thank you guys enough, Heather especially :)

Have been coming to Head Office for a few years now and I love it .Abi always cuts my hair exactly how I want it the staff customer service is 100% everybody is so welcoming & polite.

My first visit today and I am so pleased with the result. I haven't had my hair done for over 2yrs due to health reasons so was quite nervous - no need whatsoever! From the consultation last week, through to the service today, the whole thing was faultless. Professionalism Personified.
