Loved it. I've been before and the staff are always so helpful and curious. Plus being greeted with a coffee is a great start. The girl (don't know her name) was really lovely and did exactly as I asked to a great standard. I love it there!

I cannot thank this salon enough, from the second I stepped through the door they made me feel so welcome and although I was nervous due to a number of hair disasters they were very confident and put me at ease. I felt very safe with the current covid restrictions in place. The whole vibe of the place is chilled, happy and welcoming! Rachel has transformed my hair and given me so much more confidence I love it thank you!

Rachel has been doing my hair for years , along with all the beautifully talented staff at some point or another each has transferred my hair and had me leaving feeling like a million dollars! Honestly I can’t articulate how incredible these ladies are at what they do, you just have to experience it! They are all just sooooo talented!! Xx

I have used many hair salons over the years but have been a customer of Head Office now for almost 5 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. All the girls are fantastic and can do amazing things with hair! Additionally the atmosphere and standards within the salon are exemplary. A 5 star experience all round.

I visited Head Office today and everyone was lovely however I didn't feel blown away by the whole experience. Considering this salon is on the more expensive side I was expecting something special. I can't quite put my finger on why I felt deflated after, but there just wasn't much enthusiasm about the colour/cut I was given or what I wanted, which is the least you expect when spending £100 on your hair. I've made another appointment but I will probably call to cancel soon. Sorry just how I feel.

Rachel knew exactly how to achieve the colour and style I wanted. I love going here for my hair done all the staff there are so lovely and I’m incredibly happy with the results. I was also made to feel very safe knowing that the salon was adhering to Covid regs.

Amazing experience as always I felt completely safe with no issues COVID related. Rach has done an amazing job on my blonde hair & I can’t thank her enough for the aftercare advice on Olaplex my hair is stronger & has shine since my previous visit.

I’ve had the pleasure of Vicky being my therapist for a few years now. Vicky is an amazing talent! She works wonders on my hair and is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does! Vicky and the team at Head Office are by far the best salon/therapists around - and over the years I’ve used a huge range of salons/therapists to compare. At every appointment I’m ecstatic about my colour, cut, blow dry and Great Lengths extensions applications. Not only does Vicky have the amazing skills to create wonders with my hair, but Vicky and the team are also so warm and welcoming. I class Vicky and the team as friends! The salon is beautiful, set in a quaint building with beautiful decor! I’ll always be a loyal client! Would never go anywhere else!
