I attended the Ial Spa for a birthday treat for my sister. The greeting at Reception was lovely and friendly and we were shown to the thermal retreat area which is a gorgeous and calm/relaxing space. the decor is beautiful. Spent a lovely couple of hours and will definitely be returning soon.
Brilliant spa, lovely massage, lovely staff, just a few pointers to make the experience the bit extra. Need water in the thermal suite, we had treatments then told to stay hydrated but no water in the thermal suite. I know we could have walked and got it from the bar but that's not what you want to be doing when trying to relax. Plus no hooks in the shower so had to put towel on the floor.
I had a wonderful full body massage, they were very attentive to my needs and it was very relaxing. The spa is lovely. I would 100% recommend, can’t wait to go back.

I booked a last minute cancellation for the well-being recharge package and what a treat it turned out to be. Jodie was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and facial. The thermal suite was a real treat and I particularly enjoyed the experience showers. I can’t wait to come back again soon. The staff were helpful and professional and I hope to try some food in the hideaway next time too. My only feedback is that given how perfect everything else is, please replace the hairdryers!

I went to the Spa & was greeted by Jodie, who was professional and friendly, Jodie turned out to be my therapist for the day. Jodie was excellent & a delight to chat to I would highly recommend her. I have already rebooted my next appointment and hope to make this a regular treat. The Spa is first class and would rival any Spa in the Area. The living moss wall at reception is stunning 😍

Wonderful back massage by Jodie . And facial v much enjoyed . It was the perfect early December treat with friends in a first class environment with the five star treatment at affordable price . The only down side was there were three of us and only two therapists so best to go in a group of four so no one is left alone in the thermal suite . Warning about parking needed as all nearby car parks full so allow plenty of time
Loved the new Spa facility visit today. A very warm & professional welcome at the reception followed by a relaxing time in the Spa suite jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. My treatment of a combination facial & massage was a fabulous choice with a lovely therapist who delivered the treatment to a very high standard.
I will definitely return and highly recommend to friends & family.
I made my first visit to the IalSpa and wow the facilities are amazing, luxurious, clean and modern, on my arrival I was very warmly welcomed and the new layout explained to me, the use of the complementary robe and slippers add to the full Spa experience. I opted for the Wellbeing Recharge package and it was perfect, my therapist was very professional, made me feel very comfortable and at the end of the treatment I was so relaxed and I still had the use of the thermal rooms and jacuzzi to enjoy which just made the whole experience extra special. The spa exceeded all expectations, it is such a beautiful and relaxing place. All of the staff are so friendly and made me feel a very valued customer. I also received the best massage I’ve ever had. I didn’t want to leave but I’ll be back very soon. I would recommend to anyone.

From the minute you walk in you are treated with fantastic service. The initial waiting area is a wonderful experience then topped off by a very professional trainee carrying out the actual treatment.

Very impressed! Lovely and tranquil. Staff very friendly and helpful. Treatments were much needed and will be back!!! A few tweaks to make it even better - hooks in thermal spa and showers for towel, not particularly warm in spa but we were in there straight from opening so may have warmed up! Really enjoyed our day, thank you!!

My massage with Sarah was amazing! Skillful hands, lovely aromatherapy oils, warm towels. I could really feel the stress and tension melting away. I really felt so relaxed and calm at the end. Will definitely go again soon. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs to de-stress.

I attended a group spa afternoon, the whole experience was amazing. The staff were attentive and we had food and prosecco to start the experience, which was really enjoyable. The spa itself is beautiful and the thermal suite is great place to relax. The treatments were fantastic (full back massage and facial). I will definitely return. It’s great to have 5 star spa on our door step!

Fantastic! What a treat from the moment we walked in welcomed professional taken through to the waiting room where we had delicious pastries, granola jar, coffees, water etc to pick from. Brilliant back massage felt every know disappearing, then onto the hot tub, spa, sauna and amazing shower. Felt I should have paid at least 3 times more than we did, everyone was so helpful and professional, highly recommended and we will be back!
This was the best hot stone massage. So relaxing and professional. The therapist was welcoming and friendly and the new spa is perfect, warm and relaxed. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back for more treatments.

Great first visit for a luxurymanicure. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. The hand and arm massage was also a nice surprise. Have already booked another appointment.
First time in the new building. I was impressed.just need a chair or a hook for my coat etc.
I have been coming now for a few years happy with the service but today was not a good experience sitting in a corridor on a chair was uncomfortable the lady that was doing my feet seemed more interested talking to her colleague and looking around not a good experience if this is what I would exspect in a salon I would ask for a refund, sorry to be so negative but I have arthritis in my feet and I enjoy the comfort of a good massage and looking after my nails as I can’t cut my nails myself thank you
