Absolutely fantastic. Went in with I am not sure whay I want attitude. Came out feeling fabulous. A beautiful ombre style, kept my length, gave me layers and feathering as I wanted. Hair looks healthy and natural, perfect customer service. For someone who isn't keen on going to hairdressers, I even made another appointment for March.

I have never received as many compliments on my hair as I have since starting to go to this salon. Lynsey is really experienced and her talent for hair is clear to see, she's confident in advising on all queries and will tell you honestly what to expect. She clearly is a great manager too and has her team around her well trained from the get go. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional and I never feel like I'm being rushed or conned into spending a lot of money, in fact Lynsey often recommends money saving options! I also love Chloe's work on my eyebrows - just subtle enough to not be too much.

I tried LA Hair for the first time on Friday and was really impressed. I was going out that evening so booked in for a blow dry & curl with Alison and some acrylics with Chloe. I was so impressed and was treated really well. It was all the little things that made my experience great and I found all the staff friendly and really attentive. I've used the same salon in Chester for many years but have actually booked myself in for a full cut and colour and additional beauty treatments in LA Hair this wk.

Had my makeup done on Saturday and I loved it! Lasted all night, Chloe really listened to how I wanted it and it was perfect, the girls are all lovely there too, thanks so much xx

First visit to this salon and must say it was an experience firstly the make up artist did not listen to a word I said as I did say many times I don't want dark eyes exc what did I get after the 3rd 4th time still dark eyes but she did say she liked them in the end I gave up and stated that they were OK p.s I asked for a flick at end of lashes but got a dodgy line that had quickly disappeared then onto hair aaagggg soz but if you are into slapped on make up go here and a cheek to charge £60
