Always find it so relaxing in the salon. The service is great, nothing is rushed. There is a thoroughness about everything to make sure your hair is perfect even down to the washing and conditioner. They were so accommodating with my allergies and I am able to still have a pamper with lovely products despite them. The hot chocolate I have is always amazing! One of the best I’ve had from anywhere.

Ann has been my hairdresser at New Wave for many years. She is amazing. She knows my hair, and what will suit me. We always have a discussion on how the appointment should proceed, and she reiterates what has been decided. Always professional, but still chats about problems l may have encountered personally. I tell her it’s my counselling session along with a hair cut.
I had a cut and blow dry with Rachel who has the attention to detail and cuts beautifully very pleased will definitely will go back!

What can I say, top class service again. I walked out feeling like a princess. I had a full head foils and superb cut with Danni on 05/12/19. I’m so pleased with the cool ash colour Danni suggested, and I’ve had so many compliments about my crowning glory today. The cut is perfect, as always.
Also I had a fab deal, and took advantage of the 15% Thrifty Thursday discount for my colour, and was received a much welcome 40% voucher off colour cut and style for my next visit. It’s well worth asking in salon about discount days.
