Danni really had turned my broken, damaged and thick hair into something manageable and silky. I love the style and the fact she was talking through everything she wanted to do before doing it so I didn't feel out of the loop. They really do make you feel at home here.
Ann made me feel very at ease from the start. I was having a big change to my style and am very nervous as I have had bad experiences of hair dressers in the past. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was happy before she did anything. I love my new style, thank you.

My first appointment there. Staff were professional, accommodating and attentive in making sure to understand what I wanted.
They offered me a drink which I got with biscuits and condiments served on a tray to help myself twice during my stay which was a pleasant surprise.
They don’t feel the need to ‘entertain’ clients with constant talking about reality shows they’ve seen like some do in other places. This is my pet hate. The staff there were professional and respectful and got on with it.
Just a bit pricey but worth the service I received and there are discounted days.
I was very happy with my experience and so I will book my future appointments there.

The service is always spot on here but today I went from a blue box colour to an amazing ash blond! Admittedly everyone was crossing everything that it didn’t go green but the care and attention paid to the health of my hair throughout the process and honest feedback on colour have left with me with a beautiful colour and style and I couldn’t be happier ladies!

This was my 1st visit to this salon as recently moved back into the area so I was looking for a new hairdresser. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Kelly, who cut my hair was very knowledgable and professional and advised on the cut as she worked. Will return again.

I always use new wave, and have the same stylist Chloe, she has cut my hair for many years.
I find chloe very professional, she knows how i like my hair and fulfils it to the highest regard.

Just had my haircut by Kelly and I was so chuffed. I was very nervous because i had long hair and it was the first change of style in over 10years but Kelly was great she made me feel at ease and took her time and her advise was really good. I love the cut she did. I would highly recommend Kelly and will definitely go back and may even go a bit shorter!! ?
