I managed to get an on the day appointment with Claire a head stylist. She was highly recommended to me by a friend who has her hair styled there for almost 10 years. I am really impressed an so grateful, many thanks new wave xx
After my visit today to Chloe who as always did a fab job of my hair I also was greeted by Natasha the receptionist who was extremely polite called me by my first name made me feel welcome offered a drink very professional thanks both lovey experience

Always a professional friendly welcome. Anne takes me through what I want to achieve, how my hair has been and recommends products without been pushy.
I have quite a change from my natural colour and always get amazing results.

Due to having many experiences in hairdressers where I ended up hating my hair I haven’t been to a hair salon for a number of years until my visit to new wave, from start to finish the experience was fantastic. Chloe took the time to listen and understand what I wanted then showed me examples which matched my ideas, I love my new style and will now be a regular customer ?

Sat in the chair at 2.40, washed and cut by 3.00, over texturised over thinned cut, very uneven and noticeable, neck alignment had not been done, neck hairs still visible, at front desk did say i was not happy, ignored comment carried on to charge 25.00, we had to visit another hairdresser around the corner at 3.05 to rectify cut, re rang salon explained was on hold for 4minutes whilst speaking to manager, re returned to conversation no outcome, i explained i was very annoyed that my sons hair had been ruined hairstylist, 'well i havent actually ruined it' not correct answer, customer services skills and telephone technique, my reply top prices top stylist too, this salon put the phone down not heard since will be going to trade and standards, voucher should have been offered, and i do feel some staff can be up themselves think they are to good to talk or be polite, usually this is for the older members of the crew, 1 or 2 younger crew better for business more friendlier and sociable, Sons Hair noticeably uneven in front as this was not rectifiable, NOT HAPPY, SALON NOT LIKE IT WAS YEARS AGO FOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION OR VALUE FOR MONEY

I had a complete redo and Dani did a brilliant job changing my hair from a shoulder length mess to a beautiful pixie cut. She talked me through everything and gave me great advice on what style of pixie cut would suit me best. She was really patient with me as I made my decisions and also made really good conversation. I am thrilled with my new haircut and feel lots more confident. I will be coming back in a few weeks to get my do maintained! Thanks a lot, Dani xxx

Really happy with the results even better than last time I had this treatment. Felt at ease in capable hands too. Only thing I would say it that there was another member of staff in bad mood, which was obvious to clients and it brought the overall atmosphere down.
I really loved my hair cut but very nice young but inexperienced colourist left colour blotched all round my ears and head which was really hard to get off at home! But we did after much scrubbing! Colour a bit blotchy too and not quite as I expected.

Had the nicest experience at New Wave with Jane. Very informative, very happy to answer any questions I had and meet my needs, and make sure I was comfortable throughout. Most of all my hair is the best it’s looked in years, so pleased I will 100% be returning.

I told Danni I wanted to grow my hair into a medium bob (from what was basically a short over the ears style which was in need of a trim). I showed her some pictures & she then worked her magic, I’m really pleased as the end result was practically the same as the pictures I showed her. She explained all through the cut what she was doing & that once it had grown slightly the next trim would enhance the style & give me the look I’m after. Really pleased. Thank you Danni

My daughter (age 12) and I have gone to New Wave for the past couple of years. Hannah was wonderful with her while she was recovering from alopecia areata and now Kelly has cut and styled her hair into a funky short do which has boosted her confidence no end!
Chloe cuts and styles my hair (classic inverted bob!). I know that I am in ‘safe hands’ with her. She cuts my hair beautifully which is always complimented upon by my co-workers - and I would recommend her 100%.
