Today was my first time at New Wave and Kelly was my stylist. She sat down with me and talked through exactly what I wanted. The salon is lovely and the rest of the staff seem lovely too. I’ll definitely be heading back there.
I booked in really short notice on a Monday. It wasn't cheap for my daughters wash, haircut and style but the staff were lovely and friendly and it felt like a special treat so wasn't too worried I paid a little more.
My daughter was very happy and enjoyed the experience she is only age 5 so it was lovely that the staff made her and myself feel very welcome.

Great service as always. I love a sale so 40% of my colour was amazing. My stylist is Rachel and as always gave me great advice on colours. First class all round from all the staff,they are so friendly and helpful and the coffee kept me awake after along shift in work that morning lol
First visit to a new salon is always a worry. My ageing and very fine hair was in great hands. Fabulous restyle, felt like a new woman.
I had been let down by my usual hairdresser so I went to New Wave in the hope of a walk in appointment. The shop it’s self looks modern and very clean.
Chloe took care of me, she was friendly and easy to talk to. The service I received was second to none and the finished cut is lovely. I will definitely be returning.

Hannah is amazing. She is so nice always makes me feel comfortable when I arrive at the salon. I have been going to Hannah for a few years now and that's because she is just so friendly and that really makes a big difference when having your hair done! She knows what I like, my style, always! I trust her opinions 100%
My usual stylist was unavailable on this occasion so Heather did my hair. I am delighted with the result. Nothing was too much trouble. First class.
What an amazing experience I had at new wave! A lady called Anna was there from the moment I walked in to the second I walked out making sure I was happy with what I was having done, and she cut and styled my hair beautifully, all the girls made me feel welcome and where so professional! My hair is absolutely gorgeous!! And worth every penny! I even got 40% off ???? Definitely will be returning!! So pleased!! Xx

I really appreciate the time and effort taken by Ann and the team. From start to finish my experience was first class. Danni who cut my hair was friendly and very professional to a T. She really listened to me when discussing what sort of cut and style I would like. Having had bad experiences at other salons in Wrexham from not being listened to or even laughed at for asking for a hair style the stylist happened not to have heard of to a really terrible cut at another salon I feel like I've finally found somewhere I can relax about having my hair cut and trust to do a good job. I will definitely only come here now. Thank you again!!

I’ve been coming to ANN for several years and I’m never been disappointed with her expertise and advice. I think it’s fair to say that I don’t spend a lot of time on my hair but the cut is so good that once I’ve washed it I blast it with the hairdryer. Minutes later it’s done! It always looks perfect. A good cut is worth every penny!! Thanks ANN!!!

Hannah was great she knew what I wanted done and explained that highlights were better for my hair as I usually have a head of bleach and I’m now swimming everyday so highlights were kinder on my hair

Visited salon today for prebooked appt ( as I thought)but I made a mistake and the appt booked was yesterday- my mistake. The staff accommodated me with a same afternoon appt and coloured / styled / blow dried my hair. What a fantastic service - couldn’t be bettered. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Ann is great she always gives a first rate cut and blow dry and is always so nice.

I visited New Wave for the first time today. Heather was my stylist and I had full colour, balayage and cut and style. The whole experience was brilliant. Heather is absolutely lovely but more importantly offers great advice on what to have and the results are fantastic. I love my experience at New Wave, always feel pampered and the staff are always welcoming. Chloe G is an amazing stylist. I like to keep my hair short but in the past have had difficulty finding a hairdresser that can create the style I want. I love the way Chloe cuts my hair, it sits just right. Would highly recommend.

Professional and personal service, i had a beautiful colour and am bery pleased with my cut, i also received lots of advice from my stylist about products and techniques
Went for a consultation with Ann. Had some great advice and guidance and came back for the treatment recommended. Had a complete colour change and tried a fab product call ed bond pro. I was in salon a few hours but looked after and happy to do so for he end result. Highly recommend Ann she is professional and honest and made sure I was totally happy before it left.
I’m incredibly happy with the result of my hair appointment today to tone my previously brassy/orange balayage and bring it up slightly to blend the hair together - it’s even better than what I imagine and feels so much healthier after having the dead ends off. My hair now has a much cooler tone which I much prefer and looks far better than before. The service was also incredibly friendly and hospitable, and I felt very comfortable in the hands of one of their very talented stylists! She took into account what I wanted and understood my dry hair type and what it needed. I will definitely be coming back when my hair next needs doing.
