I was happy with my cut and the salon itself had a friendly atmosphere. My stylist really listened to what I asked for. My cut and finish was £40. Recommended :)

I had a full head off foils and a cut and blow dry, done by anne. As always she listened carefully and did exactly what i wanted. A very pleasant young lady (sorry i can't remember her name) applied the foils and washed out the dye) . I was really pleased with the colour and the cut, and the excellent service made the whole experience a pleasure

I have Shannon cut my haircut every 4/5, I lm a creature of habit and always have the same cut. Shannon does an excellent job and is quite the perfectionist, she’s also friendly and personable. Furthermore, I’d happily pay extra for a head massage prior to the haircut.

The cut was fine but when I came to pay, I was charged £10 more than arranged. I was told £39 when I booked in but was charged £49.
Chloe helped correct my hair colour. I had tried to do it myself and it ended up a mess, a mix of orange and purple ! Chloe asked me what I wanted, gave advice on how she could protect my hair while correcting the colour and how to look after my hair in the future and told me exactly what she could do to correct the colour. My hair now looks lovely and the condition is good considering how it was before and because she had to use bleach to correct the colour. I would definitely recommend this salon and especially Chloe.
I stopped coming here for years, but was drawn back by their funky colours.

Lovely service but disappointed that I asked for my greys to be covered and they’re now more prominent because they were missed out.
So glad I met Chloe she's bubbly and pleasant. She listens to what you are after in a haircut, and explaines what she's going to do. The shop it's self is very relaxing

First time the experience at new wave with Chloe, I enjoyed the whole experience plus I got the best hair cut and colour I've had in a good while. I would highly recommend and have already booked my Christmas app. Im a nearly 50 ish female and not easily impressed but I came out of the salon feeling impressed and with the haircut I was hoping for. I'm new to the area so went here for the first time after reading great reviews online. Was abit nervous to change hair dressers but so happy with the results. Great friendly, highly skilled staff. Had a significant change to hair with both cut and colour and it's beautifully done. Will definitely be back.

I called into the salon with no appointment. The girls were really friendly and helpful. I had my hair styled by Heather and I absolutely love it. She took just the right amount off and she was lovely. Made me feel like nothing was too much trouble
Pleased with cut and blow dry plus shampooing. Offered coffee straight away after shampooing. Toilet floor needs attention and paper towels or hand dryer would be more hygienic.
Hannah was very friendly and chatty. Listened to what i wanted and done an excellent cut. Will be returning

Hadn't been to New Wave for a while and my hai wasn't looking or feeling its best. Had a stylist that was new to me and I have to say she Anne was brilliant! My cut and highlighted hair was transformed and the customer service was friendly and professional. Jordan highlighted my hair and she did a great job too. I would highly recommend this salon.
Visited salon last month, they did a good job of cutting and colouring my hair. The only thing I would say is I did feel they could of made more of an effort to chat, kind of felt that they were only interested in taking money without really taking the time to talk.
