I am on holiday for a week in the area and this salon was recommended. I booked for a cut and blow dry. Very pleased with time taken to discuss what I wanted done. Very pleased with result and would definitely come here again when next in area
Emma is an excellent hairdresser. She listens to you and offers good advice too. I always keep coming back even though I have moved away!
As always a lovely experience. Offered a drink on arrival and again before blow dry. Jane made sure I was happy with what I wanted and checked throughout.

I did notice how all the stylists seemed to be getting in each others way in your new joint set up though. (Hadn't been before). Lots of people looking for their scissors and other stuff. Someone grabbed the heat spray Heather had only just put down to use on me. All the hairdryers and GHDs looked lile they were getting very tangled up too. Not a big issue..just looked a bit manic and unprofessional.
I've used this salon for years it's fantastic ? my regular hairdresser is Shannon she is absolutely brilliant so talented ? I really look forward to my appointments xx

I've been visiting New Wave for about 2 years now. I have a full head of highlights and my hair cut and styled by Shannon. She's wonderful, she always take it step by step and makes sure you're happy with it as you go along, which I love! The atmosphere is pleasant and upbeat and they are always happy to cater to any needs or requirements. Best of all, I always get complimented on my hair colours, whether it's the day I've had it done or 6 weeks later.
Love this salon and chloe Griffiths is a fantastic hairdresser the young trainee Chantelle very professional and they both are fantastic

Nice cut and colour but seriously overpriced compared to similar hair treatment in similar environment.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The stylist was on time however at time distracted due to a colour upstairs perhaps not going according to plan. The experience was good however the actual haircut is disappointing I asked not to have a round turn under style like I always seem to get because it making me feel old and boring but unfortunately it's what I've got.

Can not fault this salon I booked this morning and got a appointment for 4pm sadly I had no one to look after my young child and had to bring him with me this was no problem to the staff who where more than accommodating my hair was a mess when I got there and was in need of some major tlc well after a hour my hair has never looked so healthy price is fab for the service you recive will defiantly be going again
Walking into the Salon I was greated with a warm hello and a smile and asked if I would like a drink making me feel immediately welcome. My stylist Rachel sat me down and spoke to me about my desired cut and look and was obviously extremely experienced and passionate about her work. The hair wash was fantastic and the cut itself has lasted and styled well for the next four weeks. I am looking forward to my next visit coming up soon.
