We had a hard time getting the colour I wanted because my hair had so much dye on it already! we got there in the end though Shelbi was great, Looked after me and she is amazing at her job. I am thrilled with my new gorgeous locks Thankyou so much x

new wave is a friendly welcoming hairdressers,all the staff are highly skilled at what they do,,Jane who cuts my hair is a great stylist always happy and makes you feel at ease,I'm always feel better with with my cut and color and feel happy coming from there.i highly recommend new wave ,as the saying goes you pay for what you get and it's worth it ,5 star .
I have been going to New Wave for about 25 years. I have tried other places in the past but return to New Wave for the simple reason that I am very pleased with the hair cut and overall service that New Wave gives. My stylist is Anne. She is always very polite, professional and happy to listen to ideas but also not afraid to say if something is not likely to work or suite. I get many comments of how nicely my hair has been cut. I will keep returning.
Once again Shelbi did my hair amazingly! Beautiful cut and blow dry. Very good service and nice company. Will be back very soon ...... next week!

Went to New Wave for cut and colour, for the 3rd time now, and brought my daughter for a cut. There is a lovely atmosphere and Customer service is excellent. Shannon is so professional and i couldn't be happier with my hair. Only down point I can think of is the "wash girls" that rinse out colour and wash your hair. I wish they would be a bit softer, take time to massage your scalp and not rush it with a hard hand. Otherwise, perfect!!

I usually dread getting my haircut.. However Shannon was great, put me right at ease and was great in advising what would be best! Highly recommend :)
I had booked an appointment with Danielle for my roots done on Friday at 3pm, when I came in for the appointment there was not one made and there was abit of confusion, I had a wedding the next day so really needed them doing, Millie said she can do them and her customer service was second to none, I was very pleased overall after the confusion.

Fantastic experience, Millie was a joy to talk to and did exactly what I asked for. She took my layers gently and was happy to take them shorter and shorter again Checking with me each time. So pleased with the finished look. As a mum of two little ones a haircut that gives me a bit of feminity without a lot of styling. I love it, Thank todo much Millie x

Shannon was really professional and was listening. I got my hair exactly like I wanted. Love it. The girls washing the colour out was a bit rough and seemed in a hurry. Would have liked a soft massaging wash. But all in all very happy !

I've just been into the salon for my regular tidy up and am always amazed at how much difference a decent trim makes! Thanks to Anne, after going in looking (in my opinion) scruffy I emerge some 45 mins later feeling so much tidier knowing that I have a haircut that people acknowledge. Worth every penny!!
Had a cut and blow dry today. Stylist shannon was great. We went through what I wanted & we discussed whatstyle would work with my hair (as I have fine hair & busy mum!). I liked how shannon checked I was ok with length/style at each stage. Shannon did a fantastic job of my hair, looks much tidier!

Amazing salon! I have been to quite a few salons (including a family member that gives me 50% discount) but never one with the standard and quality this good,will never go to any other salon now! Always do my hair exactly how i want it.

I am 75 years old and this was my first salon visit in years, I had got in a rut thinking that I was too old for professionals to want to style my hair. I was made really welcome and relaxed. I love the cut and everybody tells me how nice it is. I find it easier to manage and will keep going to the salon in the future. Loved the whole experience, so worth it. Many thanks to Anne & staff. I have been a client of Anne's at the Wrexham salon for eight years and have never left the salon without feeling completely satisfied. My visit on 10th June 2016 was no exception and would like thank Anne for my cut, Shelby for my colour and Jordan for the lovely head massage she gave me.
