I was fortunate enough to have CERYS as my colorist & stylist - she is excellent at what she does, listens to exactly what you want to have done very patiently and delivers it with finesse & grace. I could not be happier with the care I received - the salon is very clean and everyone greets you with a lovely smile and warmth!! I have naturally curly hair and even though that could be a challenge for some hairdressers, Kelly listened to what I wanted and cut my hair better than I could’ve imagined. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends.
I have been using New Wave for a long time right from when it was Wild. I have continued with my stylist Chloe for much of that time. My hair is cut beautifully and retains its shape well. I also have foil highlights and I enjoy the special conditioning treatment with scalp massage. I have always been satisfied and as I have fine hair which is difficult I am always very satisfied.
I really enjoy going to the salon and have had Emma since she first started there. She is an excellent hairdresser but I am finding the cost too extreme now and can not justify spending £50+ for a hair cut. I can't fault the outcome but now very expensive.
As always another fabulous cut and finish by Kelly, love my visits for my hair done, always leave the salon delighted.

The lady who did my hair was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. After getting a rough idea of the colour I wanted, she got a second apineon for the method used she began. The experience was relaxing and I would gladly go back again.
Cut and blow dry with Cerys again. Always a great cut, she really listens and does what you ask.

I've been cutting it myself since lockdown, but can only do so much. I decided to get a much needed restyle and am so happy with the result. Ann was understanding, and very gracious in her comments about my cutting method. I went in one way and came out with a beautifully executed cut and finish, blending in my remaining colour. The salon is welcoming, feels safe and the seating is very comfortable. Top marks from me. Well worth the plunge.
