Chloe was fantastic! Very professional and did exactly what I wanted! Coming to the salon with long hair she cut it shorter and put in lilac highlights. I knew I wanted it and she gave me confidence to carry it out. Well I love it as do my family. Thank you Chloe can't wait for my next visit.

I had an amazing experience at New Wave today. My consultant, Chloe, did an awesome job with my hair after a year of my home-styling. The service was great and everyone was friendly, and it's such a relief for me to find a salon, with Chloe who know her way around crazy dry hair like mine. I have been to many salons as I have moved about the U.K., particularly several in London. I can definitely say New Wave is up there with one of the best experiences I’ve had! Such a professional salon, everyone I’ve spoken to there has been polite, engaged, knowledgeable about hair and welcoming. Danni cut my hair and Kelly did my colour - both great and highly recommend them both.
I booked to have my hair curled for a photo shoot. Unfortunately they completely dropped out by the time I got home so had to re-curl the whole thing with my ghd’s. The service was lovely though, it’s very Covid safe and Hannah was really lovely and friendly.

I had an amazing restyle from Dani. I’ve gone from tatty, boring, long hair to trendy, manageable Bob. I had no idea what would suit me and have never really been able to style my hair, but Dani helped me chose a style which I could do myself and offered all the advice I could need. Thanks Dani, my husband said I now look like someone owns me, lol. See you again very soon.
Hannah has been styling my hair for the last few years and is amazing, talented, warm and genuinely lovely. She wasn’t available today so I booked Chloe who used to look after me at Wild. My cut is great, styling great and Chloe is just fantastic. The salon was spotless with lots of touch point cleaning going on.

Me and my daughter had another fantastic visit to New Wave yesterday afternoon.Great to see the lovey Danni again, she transformed our hair just as we wanted it, perfect results!! Loving the new bond pro shampoo and conditioner complimentary added treat! All New Wave staff were lovely and friendly as always, the salon was clean and organised, following all Covid safety rules. Thanks so much Danni, looking forward to our next visit in October!

Hannah produced an excellent re-style today. She really listened to what I wanted, guided me through the products she had used and produced exactly the look I was after. She was friendly, professional and very covid safe too. I will be recommending Hannah and the salon to everyone I know.

Just had my hair coloured by the wonderful Cerys at New Wave, she's absolutely amazing! Colour always spot on, my hair looks gorgeous. The whole team at New Wave are fab, very friendly and professional. Salon always looks great and has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.

Had my hair done by my usual stylist called Chloe and she always gets my hair just how I want it. Very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else after using this salon for many years.
From the moment I walked in the salon I was made to feel very welcome. Cerys who cut my hair was so lovely and talked me through what she was going to do and did exactly that. I will be returning and asking for Cerys again.

My third visit to New wave and didn’t disappoint. I have had Chloe colour and cut my hair every time and she is excellent really knows her stuff when it comes to colouring especially highlights gets my hair looking great every time and have found my hair even though highlighted is now in much better condition than before. So happy that I decided to change hairdressers last year. I also find the products that they sell are much better for my hair
