Just had my hair coloured at New Wave for the first time. Cerys my stylist was amazing, listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered! My hair looks fantastic, I'm so pleased with it. Thank you so much Cerys! All the team were so friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be going back to New Wave.
Had a colour, cut, treatment, today by Charlotte, Louise and Jane all the girls are very professional in what they do. You will not leave this salon feeling disappointed. Always walk out the door feeling fabulous thank you girls once again

This salon offers a professional high standard of service , its refreshing to walk in and find a lovely set out clean well stocked salon and lovely members of staff.
The stylist who does my hair is Hannah I always find she takes the time to listen never rushes and I leave feeling happy with my hair.
The aftercare is also great and they have lots of different products which you can purchase.
I would highly recommend this salon.

Excellent result, loved my new hair style. Dannie, my stylist took time to discuss what I wanted beforehand. Only complaint was that I found the new chair when having hair washed uncomfortable as it made my head tilt too much.

It was excellent iv alway had great service with Rachel she's always happy and easy to talk to.
I went in scared to get it cut as I’m growing it out and was worried I would have to have it short and boisterous like the first time I got it cut. But my hairdresser Cerys did an absolutely beautiful job evening it all out whilst keeping it feminine. By far the best place to go!

Kelly my hairdresser is superb at what she does! I envy her talent! Kelly always does an amazing job with my hair! She's so professional and very friendly/chatty too. The salon has a very calming relaxing feel to it. I feel very refreshed when leaving. A must have therapy for your hair and soul.

Dani cut my daughter's hair today. She's 15 and had decided to have an undercut. I had dome reservations so Dani calmly & clearly set out the downside of an undercut but my daughter was adamant. Dani went on to discuss exactly what she wanted & why and agreed on an approach. The result is far better than I feared & my daughter is over the moon. Dani was both kind & professional, Lili will definitely be back. Diolch x

Lovely young lady Called Cerys cut my hair today for first time she listened to what I wanted I showed a picture she suggested for the best way to do it and its turned out great. It was a last minute booking which you can do online which is brill. Even though this covid is affecting everything they managed to stay open cause they've done a great job of protecting their customers even new ones like me. Everything was sanitary, she wore a clear visor I wore a mask. She sterilised all her equipment before starting. She took her time I never felt rushed even though it was getting close to closing time , I got a free sample no mini thing either. Thank you Cerys.

Chloe was excellent and as I was new to the salon spent time discussing my options with me before proceeding with colour and cut. I especially liked how Chloe completed all parts of the appointment I had and explained Ed all the products that were used during my appointment great service all round . I have been a client at New wave for over 10yrs. I wont go anywhere else! Yes they may be high end for price but you get what you pay for. Never have i left unhappy! Staff are all lovely and happy to help, down to earth not stuck up loke some salons! Cerys has coloured and cut my hair twice now and shes such a warm chatty lovely girl. Explained what she was going to do and didnt fail to deliver! Im extremely happy as always. I highly recommend new wave for excellent service and professional stylists who listen to what you want, and deliver!! Ill be back in the new year again! Merry Christmas ladies!!

I have a great fear of going to the hairdressers after a past experience years ago with a different salon and I can not thank carys enough.
