Went for a gents cut, the senior stylist (Jane,?) really cared about what I wanted and went through styles on an ipad. Will go back

This is a fantastic hairdressers. It is friendly and welcoming, and the stylists are very accomplished and do actually listen to what you want. They are very skilled and provide an excellent service. The area of styling is open and airy and coffee/tea is served with a small glass of orange juice and biscuits on a tray. You are made to feel very special, just what a hairdressers should be.

Danni was really lovely and welcoming. Refreshments were offered on arrival. Only had a trim and some shaping to the hair around my face, so not really much to comment on that other then the cut is even and my hair looks healthy again which was all I wanted. Advice given on home styling. Was given a little bottle of this stuff to use when blow drying and a discount voucher at the end. Will definitely be returning soon. Only reason I’ve marked down on atmosphere on this occasion is because there was some construction work going on in the back ground but these things can’t be help and will only improve the salon in the long run (:

I am very happy with the result of my restyling and have already been complemented. My stylist was Danni who took so much care. First by listening to my concerns, then helping me to choose a style which left me leaving the salon feeling great.
Went for a cut and style. Jane greatest me with a lovely smile and asked how I would like my hair done. As I explained Jane took time to listen but at the same time was able to advise me and was able to say with bits done differently to suit the shape of my face. I really didn’t think of that so respect her advice.
From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by staff and offered a drink.
The hair wash in itself was delightful.
I just enjoy the whole experience of New Wave. I always love the relaxed, friendly and helpful staff.
I couldn’t recommend Jane enough.

As always Ann and the team were lovely. Very professional and took the time to not only ask about what I want but also listen to me and then advise me on the best course of action. I have a great deal of faith in Ann and have never been disappointed when following her advice.

New wave is a great salon. Everyone is very welcoming and lovely. They are always smiling and chatty. Chloe did a brilliant job with my hair and it’s held in nicely even in the damp weather.
Haircut was uneven but as it’s short, didn’t want anymore taken off it so went to a barbers to get it tidied up. Not for girls with short hair I’m afraid. Staff were friendly though
