I’ve worked in the beauty industry for 20 years, so I know the importance of customer service, no matter how established a salon is! Always treat a client like it’s there first time at the salon ?? As always Daniel is amazing!

Daniel has cut my hair twice now, both times were fantastic!! He has styled and shaped my style and is really skilled as a stylist. He is also great for suggesting what would be nice , so I trust him now with whatever he recommends. I fly over from Dublin for each appointment as it’s well worth it!

Good experience this time around. Better customer satisfaction than last time. Stylist was courteous and knew, what was expected of her.

As always Daniel did my colour & a trim. He is a perfectionist & always makes sure I’m happy with the colour & cut & is reassuringly meticulous in his efforts. I always feel rejuvenated when I leave as he pays attention to detail & is just a joyful pleasant person. He always cuts into my hair a little more once he’s done if i’m feeling brave & want to go a little shorter. I always book before I leave as he gets busy quick. All staff here seem to be friendly and chatty especially the 2 lovely juniors.

Had a long 45 minute wait before being seen. Had a detailed discussion with the stylist as to what my options were regarding roots being bleached and hi lites. Was quoted £93 and I thought I would get the roots bleached and then the hilites in one visit for that price as all other Beeston salons had quoted similar for a 1 visit treatment. By the time my hair was dried It was coming to closing time. That's when I realised I wasn't getting the coloured hilites done that visit. My roots looked good but I was blonder than I wanted to be as I wasn't asked what colour tone I wanted. My fringe was also a yellower colour to my sides which had previously been bleached. I was told the yellower fringe would blend in when my hi lites were done. Upon drying, a fine paddle brush was used on my wet hair. Something I never do as it stretches it. And it did stretch as she pulled drying it. She even commented the ends were stretchy. My ends were very frazzled at the end of drying which I mentioned and she offered to cut them off. To get the hilighted look I wanted I am going to have to pay another £95. I'm not coming back again.

Craig is just the best! I arrived looking full and tiered and left with a fabulous cut feeling energised and very happy. Craig cuts so well that my hair looks great all the time and I don’t have faff with it. Perfect!

My first time at Hobs at Epping. Daniel did a really lovely hair cut and colour I felt 10 yrs younger ? Very impressed with stylist and service. More expensive than o would normally pay. But you get what you pay for !

I always choose KH Hair Beeston to get my haircut. I have used others but KH Hair is the best. Charlie was amazing and her advise was valuable in me choosing what to do with my hair. The results were amazing and I love my hair!

Daniel is magic and the top colourist I have been to in the UK. Would highly recommend popping over to the Hob salon in Epping. They are amazing and give a all round 5 star service! Worth the trip even if you are a while away. Would book in advance online!

I saw Carly and Austin. 2 appointments but your questionnaire only allows input of one. Both are great hair artists and lovely people to talk to.

It was my second time having my hair cut here and I felt like I was remembered after only having 1 appointment. It is a relaxing atmosphere and Charlie was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

Stacey knows me well after many years if coming to the salon. Despite this, she makes no assumptions and always checks what I would like done.
