My hair was transformed by Craig from a ball of frizz to the softest & straightest condition it’s ever been. My hair was so wiry before but now feels baby soft and so silky. Craig also customised the Yuko treatment to my hair as I have more fragile/broken parts at my fringe / front of my head. I am so delighted with the results - worth every penny and I’ve been receiving lots of compliments about the transformation from friends & colleagues. I’m a Yuko convert now, having previously had keratin treatments for years. My hair feels in much better condition.

Great to see Craig again to sort out my lockdown hairstyle and the Salon provided a clean and safe environment during this tricky time. Craig, as always, produced fantastic results with my overgrown locks. Thanks all, see you again soon!

I am not a natural blonde and I was hating the harsh root look I was getting from highlights when my hair grew. From meeting Daniel he understood perfectly what I wanted and the champagne blonde mixed with low lights worked so well on me and my hair looked so natural when it grew out.

He is so talented with colour and I will always ask for him now! So happy I found him.

I tried HOB Salon in Epping on Saturday for the first time as I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual salon. It can be a bit of a risk going somewhere new but I have to say my experience there was fantastic from start to finish! Daniel is a very skilled colourist and knew exactly what would suit me when I asked for a natural balayage style. The cut and finish were also amazing and left me with hair that felt so healthy and easy to manage. There was a really nice atmosphere in the salon too; you could tell all the stylists had good relationships with their clients. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HOB (and especially Daniel) to anyone looking for a professional and friendly salon in Epping.

Perm efficiently done as always by Sharon, followed by cut and blow by Stacey. As usual both looked after me and my hair very well. Coffee was good too. Air conditioning was wonderful on a very hot day.

After moving away I haven’t seen Craig for a couple of years. Driven by frustration (limp lacklustre hair) I decoded to book an appointment with Craig….. He identified the issues which were making my hair seem hopeless and his colouring of my hair is nothing short of proper artistry. I cannot recommend Medusa highly enough. I will be back…. Regularly!

I’ve always been happy with his work especially colouring. My last visit a few weeks ago he coloured my hair and it’s truly fantastic. Looks so natural and I’ve had lots of good comments

Great hair from georgina and lawrence. Only comment is please can staff wrar their masks properly over nose. Im a nurse andbthere is no point having your nose sticking out

So this was my first time back to the salon since Christmas 2020 and my god I feel amazing! Craig is always my go to man for anything hair wise! I never leave the salon unhappy without fail and he always goes over and above. Twice I’ve said to him to surprise me with my hair colour and both times I’ve been delighted.
The salon is super clean and tidy during these weird times were in and the staff are always making sure everything is sanitised after and throughout use.

Austin at the salon is brilliant. My hair can be unusual and he always listens and cuts it exactly as I want it. Its taken a while to get a stylist to do this and i mean over many different hairdressers over many years and ive tried most in pursuit of the perfect hairdresser. . I can then enjoy my salon exoerience by sitting back and relaxing.
