Been having my hair cut by Laurence for nearly 25 years, as he’s younger than me I don’t have to worry about somebody else cutting my hair in the future. Hobs have done great job in making the salon Covid safe. I’m totally confident with the measures they have put in place and am happy in the environment they have created.

Daniel was amazing, it was the first I had gone to Daniel. However I won’t be going else where now. He got my hair and knew exactly what I needed without even asking. So impressed

This is a very friendly salon. Daniel has been my stylist for many years, simply because he is fantastic at his job. From what I’ve heard listening to other customers, the rest of the staff are top notch too. I would highly recommend it.

Lauren is a perfectionist with colour. Always amazing results. Hollie is a brilliant stylist, always styles to suit your individual hair. Both are lovely genuine people who are so way to spend time woth

During Lockdown a friend cut my hair!! Austin absolutely transformed it . It’s gorgeous , Austin is amazing being travelling from North Yorkshire, and now Northumberland for over 8 years, just to visit Austin. He is truly the best . X

Wonderful partial razor cut!

Took advantage of the fact that my hair had grown over the weeks and wanted to experiment with longer hair. Austin was the perfect sounding board.

A long overdue visit to the salon. Always welcomed by a lovely receptionist. Excellent covid-19 precautions in place. Charlie is always so lovely and does my hair exactly how I like it thank you so much!

Charlie has completely blown away my expectations and delivered an incredibly stylish colour treatment and cut!

After a bad home bleach I had no idea what to expect however Charlie’s incredible talent has really lifted the ‘lockdown blues’ and saved the day! I’ve already booked an appointment for my mum and I will be sure to recommend Charlie to all of my friends and family.

Really good really friendly and competent. Listened to what I wanted and advised on colour and explained fully what would happen as my hair was bleached going to brown. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. Very impressed

Gareth and the team did a great job setting the salon back up to open. Measures were put in place to make it safe for everyone. Charlie did a great job on my hair, and I feel human again!!

I would crawl to my KH appointments with Stacey and Sharon at Keith Hall Leicester, if I had to! It's a fab, contemporary and stylish salon and the stylists are utterly professional and skilled. Sharon covers up my bits of grey and gives me a rich red shiny hue. Stacey always takes such care to achieve an edgy fashionable look with my cut and finish that never fails to get me complements from friends and colleagues. This is a great salon with great stylists.

I hadn't managed to visit the salon for over 2 years. Walked in today and it felt like home. Austin is superb and when he had finished I felt a million times better than I did when I walked in. I can highly recommend Austin especially for short hair.

Austin was very attentive and discussed style and cut before starting. It felt that he took his time and pride in getting my cut just right. Would definitely get him to do my hair again. I left the salon feeling good and that my hair was exactly as I wanted it.

It was actually the trainee Lois, under Austin's supervision, who did my hair today. I was amazed by the service quality and the technique and skills. It takes a while since we have to wait for the trainer's thumbs up but extremely happy with the service and results!!
