Austin and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Austin took so much care to try and understand how I like my hair so that it is easy to look after and suits my lifestyle. He took great care when cutting and styling while giving me expert advice on washing and styling. I have always loved Kerastase products as they are consistently excellent and reliable quality and Austin helped update the individual products I use. I always find a visit to the hairdressers very stressful but Austin helped me totally relax. Most comfortable hairwash I have had for years as being only 5'1" I am often very uncomfortable but the height and position was excellent plus a lovely back massage too. Thank you Austin.

Great styling, hair just falls into place when cut.

Carly included.... You come out with a smile on your face. Excellent friendly staff and you love your hair.

Austin is wonderful! As an instructor, he always makes sure that you have the right cut balance, and happy before leaving.
Saffy paid very careful attention and detail when cutting my hair. She is a perfectionist and will make you please with your haircut.

They both made me look Smarter! :)

Love my hair Austin was brilliant at explaining what and why he thought a specific thing and I was happy to go with his sound advice and very happy that I did. I always ask for him even though I don't get my hair cut regularly bit lazy that way. He invariably has a challenge on his hands when I turn up and he has never let me down.

I am fairly new to this salon, but could not be happier with my hair and the overall experience at the salon.

Austin cut my hair into a beautiful shape (as always) and Monika ‘s highlights (3 colours) were expertly applied. Very happy with fantastic cut and colour from Austin and Monika!

Big shout out to Austin, he not only corrected the grimmest of hair ‘don’t do’s’ but he gave me a new cool style without complaint.

Wanted a new hairstyle fir my trip abroad something short and easy. Highlights were also adjusted to the new hair style. Loving it!

I was in today for creative cut and colour in the academy. Very pleased with both the cut and colour, something different and a complete change! June(usually in the Stirling salon) was great to work with under the supervision of Austin. I will definitely be back!

Just had the most relaxing morning: lovely head massage (the chairs are amazing as well as the staff), a really helpful discussion on my hair style, and a beautiful cut and blow dry. Just amazing - thank you!

Was very apprehensive as I was looking for a complete change of style, Austin reassured me the style I wanted would suit me and guided me through every step of the cut and also gave me advice on styling and care for my new short hair. Couldn’t recommend him enough!!

Really pleased with my hair cut today. Not only does it look great, but I was really impressed with the way Austin took time during the initial consultation to really understand what I wanted. The massage chair at the wash station was a real bonus- very relaxing.
